Everything was great from the room, the view and the staff. I have nothin to complain about! ?

I would say the breakfast options can be adjusted a bit. I know this review is late but I remember the food being a bit underwhelming. The dinner was fantastic though.

Warm welcome by very friendly and well-trained staff. Large, clean and comfortable bedroom with full en suite and double shower. Wonderful view over the northern suburbs of JHB. Excellent breakfast - coffee, fresh juice, granola, yoghurt and fresh fruit, and cooked meal to order.

Convenient parking sacrificed to accomodate the wonderful view; but a very efficient shuttle service on standby.

Location, views, staff and room were lovely

There was no hot water in the room and the staff didn't react sympathetically when we told them. Also we had to walk with our luggage up the hill to the parking lot

The staff were absolutely amazing, the rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, everyone and everything exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Gladys and the staff for being so accommodating.

Breakfast was well prepared and very delicious. Their staff are well trained and serve best!

Not that I didn't like as per ser, however a swimming pool, jacuzzi and couple Spa packages would do.

Location and views are amazing.Exceptional staff and restaurant - area feels a little bit like Italy.

A coffee (Nespresso) machine would have made the experience even better.

The staff offered good service.The food was very nice and worth the money. I loved the view from the restaurant.The room was very spacious and clean, including the bathroom.

The views from the restaurant are lovely.We enjoyed dinner with a beautiful view and breakfast with the same view.The service at the restaurant was good.Pricing of some alcoholic beverages too much

I was extremely disappointed that there was nothing special in our bedroom for an anniversary celebration.I was not informed that there was an option "Romantic turndown" or that you had to pay for it.As a boutique hotel I expect extra guest care.Making up the bed with a towel folded into a heart shape with some rose petals is not costly.I thought the very least the hotel could do was make our room look romantic for our 30th anniversary.

The bed in the one room was basically a hamock thats how bad it curved. and they double billed me for my stay . Whick they did refund.

I'm a big fan of the view. The hotel is also very comfortable. Staff are wonderful and the breakfast was lovely.

Jameson whiskey from the minibar that I paid for was water when I opened it.

Breakfast options were great. Food was delicious.

Spa treatment - massages were very underwhelming, and not worth it.

You could improve in terms of variety and up your portions (too small)Also add sauces. You ask for something the waiters dont come back to tell you that they dont have. Items on the menu are not available both breakfast and dinner. The menu needs serious revamping/restructuring.I love the hotel its in a beautiful location and seem safe. I would like to send my girls sometime. Hope you improve on your menu and wait staff

The staff were excellent, most were super friendly and went out of their way to assist and make me feel welcome. The food was absolutely amazing, no complaints at all, a must try even without staying there. The views and scenery was stunning.

The room was nice, but average, no bathtub or view. Every window seemed to open up to another brick wall less than a meter away. There was a constant humming noise coming from somewhere. Even with aircon switched off all night, no lights, tv etc.

Staff was very friendly from the gate to the reception, throughout our stay.The food was devine and the birthday desert was a top notch. Thank you ?

The hotel is nice and modern, clean and the staff is so friendly. Supper was great too.

The parking is not shaded and the breakfast is not a buffet.
