Parking area demolished and unsafe for parkingBuilding still in renovation and not clean Rooms are stuffy

Room squashed. Carpet filthy. Towels very old and lost color. The 4 star doesn't fit and incorrect.Hotel entrance could be better, swept.We were about ordering food.

Cleanliness better towels , clean rooms.

Electricity - The plugs were outdated, with no USB ports. The power went off during the night, without backup lighting for the room or the passage. We had to use our phones for lighting.Dining Area - Went to heat my food around 20h00 and was told to use the microwave in the dining area. There were about 4/5 visible mouse glue traps around the microwave area. Some of the mice caught in these traps were still moving. The whole experience was very disgusting. Bathrobes - Two were provided in the hanging cupboard. Although this was a nice gesture, they looked old/tattered. One of them had a visible stain on the shoulder.TV - The TV remote was not working properly, despite informing the reception/ maintenance staff, it was not resolved. The TV had only two uninteresting channels.

The receptionist was extremely rude to me I had visitors over when I was checking in she told me they are not allowed I was on a call with a family member she kept listening to our conversation and replaying and I should tell them not to come and see me she's really rude I will never everrr stay in palm continental I've traveled all the way from Durban just for that no wayyyy

The menu for room service needs to be modernized and better offerings, tv does not have Netflix service, what are guests expected to watch? Shower water is cold be it morning or evenings, meals are not value for money as nobody provides breakfast nor does staff inform guests on how the hotel works, facilities advertised are not available such as the indoor pool

The stuff was great and helpful.The location was great. The place was easy to find but they forgot to put a sign that shows that the first entrance is not working The room was clean but there was a smell of moisture.

property is closer to FNB stadium and secure. i did not get a chance to taste their meals.

They need to fix the parking area. those nets dangling like that could discourage you from parking under the shade.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and very taken care of.

The other bed had a sheet that was burned.

The staff was very helpful and friendly especially the Lady @the Reception.there’s no Curfew ?you come and go anytime.

It was ok, was cleaned when we were out, and restocked items that we used like coffee, tea, soap etc

Pictures displayed on Bookings.com are definitely not what the hotel looks like. Hot water was almost luke warm, not hot, plug in bath didn't work water was seeping out. After baths or shower floor was constantly wet due to water seeping out from metal plate fitted to side of bath. No proper tv, it's normal tv channels and picture quality very bad

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean

The parking was falling apart..when walking into the reception they stored some construction stuff at the reception..they doing a visible renovation to the clients..the Aircon was not working..the tv only plays sabc2 and the remotes has no batteries,very disappointing for a 4star hotel

There were no bath mats for when getting out of the shower. Getting out of the shower was a challenge because the floor was wet. The tiles were slippery.

I liked the housekeeping staff - super friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly agitated by the many guests who were waiting for their rooms to be made available. This is incredibly unprofessional given that they KNEW before hand that they would be full since a major event was approaching. The reception staff barely made eye contact and told guests to be patient as they were incredibly full the previous evening( again, plan ahead). The room wasn't too bad other than the fact that there wasn't enough sugar or towels ready to use.

Lady at the front deck was professional and friendly

The carpet in my room was wet. The place doesn't look like the pictures. The mirror was dirty, had marks on it, the fridge wasn't working. There was no toilet paper. It's just little things that made the experience unpleasant.

Worse hotel

It did not look anything like the pictures, it looks like they are doing renovations, but not sure. Even if they are doing renovations at least let the food be good. The bread smell moldy, just bad only thing good about the hotel it is close to fnb stadium. The sheets did not look clean, the gowns had holes in them. The bathroom looked clean, but I still cleaned it again. No please get your hotel sorted. You should let ppl know if you are doing renovations, what to expect, but if that is the way the hotel actually looks, then please update your pics to let ppl know what they are paying for. I didn't even want to take pics.

The description and photos on the website are nothing like the actual place. Majority of the facilities were non functioning and the restaurant food quality was horrendous. Do not recommend.

Our room was clean

There was a smoke of cigarettes coming from our bathroom, they didn't state that there were renovation We only found out when we there that the restaurant is not working and we didn't bring food hoping we will buy there

Staff was friendly.

Dirty towels. Food didn't taste good from the restaurant. However, the portions were huge.The bathroom needs to be sorted out as water falls from the tub to fall.Vacuuming is done at 15h00 instead of mornings.No pool or jacuzzi was available, as stated online.Guests were smoking in the rooms, and smoke smells were in the corridors.Ratings of the hotel is definitely not a 4 as stated online.
