Accommodation was fine

Noisy location. Smokers were smoking all the time in front of our no smoking room. Opening a window was out of the question. One smoker was there before 5 o'clock in the morning with their sigarette and loud music on his cellphone. Will definitely never stay there ever again.

Location good, clean, very friendly staff.

The service at the restaurant area was very poor and slow. Food is all just deep fried fast food!Breakfast disappointing.

The place is in a nice location.

The room smelt like cigarettes. There was only 1 towel provided. Noisy corridors. Sketch security at Reception.

Location, access to major freeway

My Aircon in the room was not working, I referred the issue to the front desk 3 times and the matter was not resolved. We eventually asked for a fan, and one was taken from the staff office and provided to us. I left a day earlier to stay at another hotel as it came across at the the staff was not interested in assisting with the issue raised.

The room was comfortable and clean.

We checked in at 3:40 am on the 01/01/2025 and they accommodated us. A mistake from our side as it was only 14:00 pm on day..At 3:30 pm the receptionist at the time,, no name tag knocked and told as we had check out. Mind you or booking was from 01/01/2025 to 02/01/2025. She came with some crap about company policy and that we going to be charged a late fee. The more we tried explaining to her she seemed to not understand. Finally we gave in and left. BTW we wanted to order food but no one was available. Very unhappy with this aspect of our stay.

My neighbour guest and friends had about a entire hour of doors banging and loud voices outside my door

Beautiful views, the rooms are space and the staff is nice

The food wasn't as good as it costs and there were some rowdy guests during morning hours being very noisy no staff member intervened

The staff was very friendly and anticipated our needs. E.g. I was standing outside for fresh air and one of the staff members could see I was very hot and brought a glass of ice cold water with lemon.

The decor of the room and aircon was very outdated.

A waste of my time and money

The swimmg pool was green,The dining area was untidy, with a broken cupboard The stairway was left dirty and sticky through the nightThere was no water in the morning to shower, even though the property displays a sign ‘Borehole Warer’

Love the property!! just that there could have been another person helping at reception upon arrival.

From check in to check out I had nothing to complain about. The area ? The staff ? the food? The cleanliness ? I would definitely recommend it especially for couples we really had a good time. And because we also love the night life ??? our spot to go have fun at was like 5 minutes drive.

The food was awfull.Had to wait long and it was badly prepared.We were only 2 in the whole restaurant and would expect far better experience

A fridge in the room

The food was brilliant and great value for money. The staff where extremely helpful. Secure parking....a truly pleasant experience.

Room was a bit compact.

Breakfast was good, provided enough food for the day. I was happy with the choices. Soup could be added to the menu.

The pillows were uncomfortable not much support, no blankets in the cupboard. I was cold the first few nights.
