Breakfast as good, Location ideal and everyone was super friendly

Location, and the rooms

The hotel is in a safe location and close to the facilities such as shopping mall. This is convenient.

There was no complementary drinking water in the room.There are no bar fridges in the room.

I did not get any breakfast, although my booking included breakfast. I was told booking.com booking did not include breakfast, even though the app said this stay was breakfast inclusive. Very dissapointing.

The room had no bar fridge and had no bottled water.

Location is great

Receptionist Mpho was really rude. Did not greet me at all. I said good day and she had not reply. She was highly irritated because I had to ring the bell. No one was at the desk.

The breakfast was very good and with a wide choice.

Some staff members were not professional. Training is needed.

Everything! Our room and other facilities were very clean; the staff provided excellent services; the restaurant and the pool area were just a breath of fresh air. And not to forget the location....convenient at its best!

On booking.com it included breakfast. I did not get.Towels are too old.Old woody furnitureI pay a lot with a room without a bar Fridge.

Great location in a quiet area and few steps to Mall of Africa

The breakfast options need to be improved. There is only one hot food area which does not usually have satisfactory meals (undercooked meat and mostly only red meat). There needs to be better vegetarian and vegan options in hot foods area.

The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing

Bad customer service at the serving point,they was this other lady who was cooking eggs during breakfast that lady was very rude to us we ended up leaving to have breakfast at Mall Of Africa

The breakfast was amazing! The location is a walking distance from mall of Africa which is so beneficial. The staff is highly professional. The hotel is also quiet, offers a peace of mind.

Very modern and clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area is nice and my room had a nice view

Called reception to alert them that the shower cap box was empty, they promised that someone would bring it to my room but no one came.

Location is perfect, view was good, linen was clean .

No bar fridgeNo water in the roomNo rusks for tea The position of the bathroom ,Toilet is just infront of the bed, you can’t use when a partner or someone you are with are in the room, Plus it’s the sliding door so it’s like you just put a curtain there , very uncomfortable . You know there are mosquitos but no mosquitos repellents in the room

You need to put plugs besides beds for us not to wake up n charge our fones by the TV side.
