The location is very convenient. Staff is very friendly, will stay here again.

Quiet & easy access location, suited for work meeting and not too many people around during the day.

We arrived at 10am and did not fit into the breakfast time, nor the lunch time. Possibly a small menu for teas could be added?

Breakfast was excellent, everything about it was superb

First night TV and the plugs were off from 22;00. I was travelling with my daughter and she has programs she likes on TV and it was really a bad experience for her. The fact that even the plugs were not working and our phones needed to be charged and we could not do that. It was just a disappointment. When I call again in the morning, it was fixed from somewhere I don't know.

Room was well equipped and on the ground floor with garden view.

This was a convenient and easy going stay near Monte Casino. Everything functioned to expectation, and the pool facilities were tip top!

Breakfast not being included, but understandable and should not deter one from booking their stay

Reception was called while people are fighting on the corridor and did not answer, people fought and we were disturbed

My mom is 92 years old. The security staff at the door we exceptional. All staff very friendly

Lovely receptionist, very helpful. When she saw my mother struggled to walk, she booked us 2 rooms on the ground floor.The guy at reception on night shift was also so helpful to organise us transport after struggling with our shuttle.

The shuttle that was organized by the hotel, dropped us at the total wrong place after we explained to him exactly where we had to be. We were late for our show because of this. It was such a disappointment after the great service we received. He was also suppose to fetch us after the show but we couldn't get hold of him. He was a total disappointment!!

It was a late booking. From check in to departure was efficient & easy. The beds were super comfortable. The room spacious, neat & clean.Amazing breakfast, both hot & cold. The servers were most attentive.

The breakfast advertised a gluten free option for bread. It was available when I enquired.

Disappointing

Airport pickup was too pricey even after being delayed for over an hour I was charged full. Pool wasn't clean, front desk staffs seemed impatient and unhelpful.

Beds were not comfortable and decor is outdated. TV channels very limited and channels not very clear

The location was excellent for our need - close to Montecasino to see a show and eat and close to main roads.

the noise made by a gardener of the hotel with a leaf blower at 7.30 in the morning! Terrible to be woken up by this noise when staying for a few days...

On arrival they did not have my booking which was confirmed and prepaid via Bookings.com. One poor man at reception trying to sort this, answering phones and trying to help other guests. Went to get a drink no varnan at the bar. Loads of waitresses having a chat but no service. Eventually when sorted keys did not work. Worst City Lodge experience I have had in about 30 years

The size and comfort if the room. The design and ambiance. More importantly, it means nothing if the staff don’t contribute. In this case every staff member was beyond friendly and hospitable. We will always go back and highly recommend.

The view was stunning and the cocktails were most welcome on a sunny afternoon. The pool was well maintained and everything in the hotel was clean. The staff were professional and friendly

The City lodge rooms are always clean & the staff friendly & helpful. it's a short walk to Monte Casino.

The breakfast was disappointing, as the City Lodges in general have every good breakfasts. I booked & paid for another room/couple, who had cancelled, so I asked for a refund. My request was "thrown" around between Bookings.com & the Hotel, with no conclusion yet - not only a negative for the Hotel, but also for bookings.com
