- It was good… the staff tried to tend to customers needs very well
- The rooms are spacious.
- It was conveniently situated near eating houses and the room was very comfortable and clean.
Cons -
- The plug in the wall was not looked at or tended to in the room, so I went out of my way each day I was there to plug my appliance in at front desk.. I didn’t appreciate that . And plugs , more then one , was not working . No maintenance was done regarding .
- One needs to pay for parking separately, which is not in the same building as the hotel. At 08h00, I was told to move my car as the parking belongs to a grocery store during the day. The need to pay for breakfast separately, I am not impressed with the option for breakfast.

The place was nice ,clean and comfortable .
I didn't like about the parking and breakfast. They don't have parking in the lodge, you have to pop out money to pay for parking and I was bored. I was expecting a buffet breakfast but No ,I was like buying food from the cake
Comfortable beds
Absolutely no customer service. They are so unfriendly. The breakfast was so bad. They give cheap coffee, and don't have all the ingredients for the breakfasts they offer. The housekeeping staff just comes in. It really was my worst experience. You have no privacy in terms of bathroom facilities.
Friendly staff ..cleanliness...beautiful rooms...the only thing that needs attention is your breakfast...
Everything where up to standard...when it comes to breakfast atleast farmhouse
situated not far from the place we wanted to visit
Our 1st night was a bit unpleasant the room was dusty,we had to ask for the complementary beverages like coffee and tea,we had to pay for the missing spoon before I was allowed to leave it was quiet upsetting
Place and clean.Brekfast is ryt
Paking need to be free because im am gaustPlease review that
I liked how clean the apartment was
I didn’t like the receptionist’s attitude towards me, he almost scammed me, forcing me to pay R3000 extra because I couldn’t check out at 11:00 but at 15:00 and as I asked him to call the manager he refused and said it’s fine if we left
Pleasant
The breakfast, the fact that the electricity went off for some time but they said they had a generator.
I got there 5min late and they say they booked someone else, they didn’t even contact me,and demanded for extra r800 to give me a room ,I don’t recommend Wonder how many people they did this to
They asked for extra r800 this place is horrible
The location was excellent. Close to all Fordsburg restaurants and shops.
1. Parking was a block away, open area but with Security.2. Room was medium to small.3. The Kitchen lady needs to be taught customer service.4. For breakfast, they only allow 1 slice of bread or 1 roti. Unacceptable.5. TV was mediocre with very limited channels.
The reservation turned out to be a full-sized, very nicely decorated apartment which very much exceeded our expectations as we had only an overnight layover between flights. It was on the second floor of a modern building with an elevator and 24-hour reception in a very interesting part of the city with a large Muslim population, a muezzin calling to prayer, and a Syrian restaurant right below where we had dinner.
The bathroom was large enough and clean enough, and the shower had lots of hot water but it could use a bit of a tune-up. Some may feel a bit uncomfortable in an ethnic enclave but we quite enjoyed it.
I liked almost everything about the place, room size, bathroom, cleanliness and service from the stuff was excellent.
TV was not in good condition and that was not a good thing and it doesn't reflect well on the property.
It was okay ....i expected more not sure if i will come back....maybe??
The breakfast was minimal could have been better - had better breakfast for the same price - there was no drinking water readily available we had to ask.....The breakfast area is nice it was clean - the lady was friendly The bed mattress was terrible - we both left with backache pains - the mattress sags in - we had to keep asking for tea coffee sugar etc .....everytime we were issued with only 4 sugar sachets - i asked for 6 then told i must ask at receptionno topup of shampoo and body lotionno drinking water in the roomreception area not very clean and tidy - other areas was neat and clean its a bit noisy until a certain time but thats to be understood as it is on a public roadwe liked that the masjid was close by Lovely food was readily available close by
Great showers. Smoking area. Good. Breakfast to pay for
Dangerous area
Relatively quiet
The window opened to sewage system, smelling, not cleaned regularly
As you can expect from this area, the hotel stands out as a good place for short stays
Altough I posted the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door, housekeeping staff would repeatedly phone my room to confirm I did not need the room cleaned ... this was disturbance.
Absolutely loved the room, was spacious and clean, shower was amazing, staff was helpful and always available. Secure and felt very safe. Will definitely stay there again.
Had a lil unwelcomed creepy Crawley but only once, could do with putting an ironing board iron in the room, extra toilet rolls and dishsoap for washing up, but overall wonderful. Bath tub wasn't functional
Very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff
Twin room had a bizarrely exposed bath, shower and toilet. Why the bathroom couldn’t be closed off into a second room like most hotels is beyond me.
