Bannister Hotel

The people were amazing. Everyone treated us with kindness and respect. Customer service was excellent.

The sheets didn’t feel or smell clean, the towels were very thin, the toilet made noise all the time, sound coming from the street kept us awake - even with the window closed, the lighting was very poor.

Everything, the parking is very poor, not safe ,dirty ,far from the room ,The hotel is next to the bar lounge, i did not feel safe.What I saw on the picture is different from what I saw in person, nje I was not impressed

The noise was mostly due to ongoing construction work. The breakfast was good though they took long to prepare

I expected rooms to have bar fridges and coffee tables.

It is in good place,but they have to put more facilities in rooms, Aircon, kettle and other things a client need

The price of the room doesn't Worth it

Cozy rooms but the rooms don't smell nice especially the bathroom.

It's not sound proof,we could hear a couple next door having sex.We had to listen to that the whole night.

I wouldn't call that breakfast! It was bad!

It's a place for leisure, has a 24/7 club, apart from the one across the street! The noise my Good God???TV and Heater no working. Wooden floors on a cold weekend. No mini fridge.

Room size

No refridgerator in this age and time- disgusting.Not even a cup in the room.No basic tea provisions.

The staff was amazing as always. The breakfast was good and the vibes were pleasnt.The room was clean and well kept.

The noise levels from outside, because the window doesn't close properly..I think it's room 203 / 103

everything was great from the food to the actual room... the environment was very interesting, and we enjoyed it regardless of the music downstairs and outside. Still, it didn't disturb us from sleeping or anything.

It's very easy for guests to disregard that there are other people in the building with them, so it gets very noisy sometimes

The place was great I feel maybe have more breakfast options.

I love this hotel, it is safe, maybe the car parking in front of the hotel could be looked at for guests

I stayed twice during my stay and the safe did not open in either room

The breakfast was delicious. the waiters were kind.loving and warm welcoming.good service, everything was on point.and the location was good.thank you so much for the good work, keep it up.the service was on another level.???thank you for the lovely weekend we spent at your place.

Pretty

Near noisy road. Noisy room neighbors. No kitchen to put and prepare my pen good. Small portion sizes from the restaurant. Toilet smells after a while.

Their rooms were really affordable

They dint replace our tea stand the following day and when we requested a mop it was never provided and no explanation was provided to us

Most of the staff were great. The rooms are warm, comfortable and very clean.

Noise from the bar, especially Thursday and Friday.

The hotel has a beautiful rustic look. The walls have beautiful designs.

The bed linen had hair all over, we had to undo the bed to remove the hair. The fitted sheet was torn, the mattress cover had multiple map stains even on the sides. Pillows were covered with hair, one pillow was very dirty we couldn't use it, we ended up using the blanket covered it with a towel, as a pillow. The breakfast arrangement is very inconvenient for people that book for business, if your meeting starts at @ 08H00, you miss the breakfast because they start at 07H30, and breakfast is not ready made, you have to order it. The manager at the kitchen doesn't value customer centricity because while they were busy making breakfast for my husband, He asked them to stop and make breakfast for two men of service in uniform that went in for free breakfast, then he waited for them to make that breakfast before they finished his. This means we were not valued as customers. If the hotel can change all the bed linen, and pillows, then value customers, this hotel can be better.

The staff made the accommodation pleasant it felt like home away from home.

The smell of paint They started painting several rooms next to mine, which made my room to smell of paint. This became uncomfortable because I had a headache from the smell.

The breakfast was nice also I liked that it was always clean.

The was no wifi during my entire stay (3 days 2 nights). Electricity in the morning went off for like an hour.
