Centrally located.

Had to wait 2 days to get a refrigerator.

Breakfast was good, location convenient

staff tried to charge me for breakfast yet i paid on booking

The staff were very nice and helpful.

It wasn’t walkable anywhere, but that was my the fault of the hotel. There just weren’t any sidewalks.

Very nice place - gardens excellent -rooms were good - really good breakfast

1. No hot water in my room - had to move rooms2. Rooms really need a fridge3. Access out of your exit gate was a bit precarious resulting in slight damage to the underside of the car

Great location

Carpets are old and look dirty and in this day an age there wasn't a smart TV.

We liked that the property was easily accessible and the security at the entrance was strict with uber drivers. Please uphold this. Furthermore, its close proximity to a good hospital helps a lot incase of an emergency.

The hotel has an old touch to it. So we understand the aesthetics however, the carpets tend to hold and retain a lot of moisture, dust and particles which may be hard for people with allergies and asthma.

Horrible

The aircon is not in a perfect condition, I doubt it even works. The staff member was rude, he checked us in without even greeting. He also became rude when I asked for the directions the second time. The overall experience was horrible.

Staff were kind

They did not complete replacement of bathroomsToiletries and Towels between nights.

Was unable to book through Booking.Com for the room with breakfast.Quality of paid breakfast was good in terms of wide variety and freshness.

Was deceived by the quality of service at the restaurant.Food was left on the counter for more than 10 minutes before being served to me.

Nothing I did not like

I liked the cleanliness and friendly reception at front desk. The receptionist was even prepared to lend us her phone charger!

Actually the bed was a little small for the two of us but not complaining!

We got greeted by the most amazing lady Nosipho..she was so helpfull and wow what an awesome experience after dealing with a very long and hard 23hrs. The staff at your in-house restaurant was also amazing, Jackie was so knowledgeable and she knew exactly what to recommend and even offered to get someone to bring it to our room, even though they did not offer room service. We loved every minute, check-out and check-in was effortless and you made our experience one to remember:)

We would recommend more tv channels perhaps, there was also an e channel that had no sound.... we would have loved a bath too... maybe we just did not specify when we booked but other then that the room was very well done:)

I had an issue which was sorted out efficiently and professionally by the duty manager;thank-you.

The room and bed were very comfortable

After the bar closed there was no option to even order up to your room

Location was good,breakfast was fair

All our key cards were not able to open our doors we had to go down to reception for the reception staff to help us.I asked for an iron and ironing board it never came,my husband had to go with shrunken clothes

The hotel staff and food were great.

The room was pretty cramped.

The facilities, the quietness and the peace of mind.

The rooms didn't have plug points by the bed side and I had to charge my devices at the plug poing at the dressing table ???
