The staff were Wonderful and attentive. Also the entire facility was very clean and the foods were great

The location and scenary. The food was delicious and the Spa treatment was the best.

On our second night, there was noice in the middle of the night by some of the guests ( seems they hosted a party). I tried reaching to reception via watsapp line and telephone extension with no response.

Everything, its location, it was clean it was comfortable. It is a fantastic staycation!!

The view and room were amazing.

The shower is dirty and has black mold. The toilet has no window or fan. The furniture is old and worn out. It was nice but not worth the amount we paid.

The executive suite was big with a private outdoor space. The grounds are well manicured. The staff worked efficiently. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Kraal and the food and service were excellent. Lina the restaurant manager was super attentive. Thank you!!

The bath robes could be thicker.

The wind was banging the windows and doors all day and night. Very noisy. Impossible to sleep

Teh staff upon reception are amazing and very helpfull. Food for adults are also expeptional

With a 2 year old was it difficult. The play Jym was removed. No area for them to play. Also no accommodation for little kids at the restaurant ito food, seating or play area. The room was very clean and the staff is amazing, but the setup not very friendly. Not very secluded or safe for a 2 year old. They can really put a fence up between the rooms and barricade the street from just walking into your room. There was alot of trafic in the street and they can easily see into the room.

Our room was prepared with great detail and attention! There was a complimentary mini fridge , room was warm , the view was incredible,the eco drive and massage was such an amazing experience. The cart service was always on point

The restaurant service for dinner was not so good , the restaurant was packed even though we had reserved a table more than two weeks prior, way too loud and noisy for a restaurant but my meal made up for it , had a such a scrumptious meal

Just our bedside lamp was not working

everything was excellent, from the cleaning to the restaurant, all excellent. Anyways, I am very happy, my second time going there and I still will come back for more. Everyone is just nice there, including the golf cart drivers, excellence throughout

Suggestion is that when people go to breakfast, clean the room, I hanged the sign to have it cleaned but it wasn't. Any case yes I could've called the front desk but I thought the sign would do it. Oh, another thing, you guys never answer calls from outside, I wanted to ask questions before booking but calls are never answered, whatsapp is responded much, much later. But once we there none of that happened

The room service took 2 hours to get delivered to us but they compensated us with a dessert which we really enjoyed.

The ambiance , staff friendliness and professionalism. The breakfast is definitely out of this world . I also liked the complimentary ballon and cards for my birthday .

Our Tv was not working as well as the bad view from our room (it was just trees blocking the beautiful view).

Beautiful escape to nature right in Johannesburg. The staff were phenomenal and ensured that you were comfortable and enjoying your stay.

The bathroom facilities and especially the shower were not too clean.

Callan for the eco drive was exceptional, Robyn, Simphiwe, Yondelle from the Kraal resturant were brilliant, Sakhile, Jose were so welcoming and chatty on the drives between our room and everywhere else. The friendliness of the staff really is what made the stay truly memorable.
