It is in a perfect central location and big enough

The cleaning people sometimes would not come and the receptionist doesn’t assist 605 tenants

The location and is really great, being close to the mall and restaurants and bars. The apartment is really comfy and will definitely be back. The walk to the metro is just some 5 minutes away

Unfortunately, check-out at 10AM is bit too early and my apartment did not have AC which might be a challenge in very hot days.

The property was at the excellent location. Close the lots of restaurants and shopping mall.

Beautiful place but the bathrooms set up was odd. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 friends traveling together, but we didnt expect that a shower room is in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it’s great!

Beautiful apartment. A home from home. Generous size. Good value. Liked it so much we stayed an additional night.

Best location with staggering amount of cafes and restaurants with the mall just across the road and near by the metro station straight from airport to rosebank.

No AC even though the weather was nice. Nothing special or fancy. Just normal midscale service apartment.

Lovely apartment with a nice balcony. Perfect for a 5-night stay, as we had loads of space to spread out. Great kitchen to prepare coffee and breakfast, and a Miele washing machine for laundry. Daily maid service. Super safe building and location, super close to everything we wanted to see/do/eat.

Satellite channels would have been nice to stay in tune with world news. Two super TVs were only to connect your own devices or subscriptions.

Very convenient location right within walking distance of the zone and rosebank mall

The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Once we got to reception to check in we had to wait quite a bit for the host to give us the room key. Room key tag was not working and the guards were not being helpful in opening the boom gates when we were entering and leaving the building.There was no remote for the lounge tv.

Very clean and sound.. we enjoyed the peace and quiet that came with the space and the awesome location

The location and the views. Easy access to Rosebank Mall. security was good, specious rooms, Checkin was seamless, The lady Mbali was fantastic and helpful

Was not approved for an early checkin & late checkout. Landed at 10h00 on the day of arrival and flight was at 18h00 on the departure day. otherwise nothing

Incredibly deluxe accommodation - having two bed rooms and two bathrooms, all at a very good price. The facilities were exceptional, with fully kitted kitchen and even a bathtub. It felt very fancy and the place was super clean. They even have a washing machine where they fill it with detergent for you to use, incredible. The location also was great, right next to the mall and plenty of restaurants. It felt safe.

Was a neat unit. W3 were moved to The Vantage across the road by the host although we booked at CAG TYRWHITT. So I'm commenting on the Vantage being neat

Host changed my room and apartment as she said she had not recieved my payment which was done. I had to send her the proof. She allocated me to a another apartment/building. I booked at Tyrwhitt. I was moved to the Vantage. The check in procedures was long. There's no aircon in the rooms or reception. To enter your room is a long password that you have to enter digitally, if you press the wrong digit you have to start the process again. We booked on Friday. We had no electricity the whole of Saturday. On Sunday, we got up to no water. The noise level was terrible. Not sure from staff quarters or guests outside. There was continuous hooting as there is a taxi rank near. So we didn't sleep we had no electricity hence the ceiling fan could not operate, we had no water. It was a horrid horrid experience. Will never ever book here again especially if it's with a host. We were in room 110 at the Vantage.

That there was only one set of keys for the property as the previous tenants lost a set of keys, therefore we were inconvenienced everyday and had to wait for the cleaners to service the apartment and we could only leave the apartment once they were done So it did take up our time

Place was clean and comfortable.

We can't get hold of the staff until now, we want to be refunded the deposit we were charged at arrival. Even when we were still there , there's no way of contacting the staff , the numbers given are not responded to.

It was a nice stay in a modern and comfortable apartment.

There is not much I didn't like. Maybe they can just work on the main bedroom lock and take a few minutes to explain the wonderful facilities in the apartment to the guests and where to find what.

I loved the cleanliness of the place, the location and the staff especially Ms Mbali who welcomed us gracefully and made sure our stay was enjoyable and memorable ?. We thank you ??

Unfortunately there was nothing to dislike and be unhappy about during our stay. I loved absolutely everything thing ??

The reception was great

We couldn't get hold of any stuff member when we needed assistance and the phone numbers we were given either don't work or not attended to. I sent messages and until now no one has responded.No contact at all since we left ans still waiting for someone to call, concerning our deposit that we paid at the premises at arrival.

Close to shopping areas. Clean and neat

The staff did not service the apartment well. Not enough towels were placed, no tea & coffee. Blinds do not work in the lounge area. Bathroom shower is a problem. Did not use the bathroom. It was an inconvenience.

The staff are friendly,the place is very clean,secure, convenient and easily accessible.Top class ..

I liked the rooms and how they have been arranged. The security was very good.

The cupboards are high. I am short and there should be a set of stairs available to stand on for short people.
