Location and facility

Check in staff are not flexible. I had a late flight and they couldn't allow me to check out slightly later considering I checked into the hotel at 2 am.

Peaceful and safe location. Great food and wonderful views.

Horrible experience

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and it has seriously gone down in service and cleanliness. It is in serious need of renovations to change the standard. Service was pathetic at reception. Not what I was expecting. I also woke up at 7.30 am to the cleaning service opening my door. That was extremely concerning and causes concern on privacy and security. Very disappointing

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Always willing to go the extra mile to assist.

The space especially at the breakfast tables was limited.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Noma helped me with the early check in process and she was extremely friendly and helpful.

Ideal location and a pleasant variety of breakfast options. Facilities were adequate, down to even providing us with a needle and thread. We asked for some ice and were given a bucket full ! Our stay was generally pleasant.

The drains had a slight unpleasant smell which I assume is from the lack of use.

Linen was clean

I had to wait for my room until 5pm because check out time had been extended to 4pm for the occupying guest. This very bad.

I'm completely IN LOVE with ALL the food options. The bathroom is spacious and the bed is really comfortable.

The stay was excellent, the staff were kind and professional, and the room was very comfortable. Even though the hotel is under renovation, everything was well organized, and the atmosphere remained pleasant.

The only downside was the noise from the renovation works at certain times of the day.

This was the first time I had stayed here and it was excellent. Staff were very friendly and my room was great. Breakfasts were comprehensive and I thoroughly enjoyed eating in La Luce restaurant in the evenings. Location was particularly good and there was always enough parking.

Other members of staff were really helpful , kind and managed to sort problems out, so depend who you talk to you have a better service and I think no matter who is at the reception the experience could be memorable

Great location , easy access to the mall with a great selection of restaurants , shops and book store. The breakfast is amazing , so do not skip it. Overall a great hotel, great staff.

We had a slight problem with getting our TV up on day 2. To their credit the hotel sent someone up quickly. To be fair there was a power outage which is probably a reason for the issue.

This hotel has the warmth staff and very clean comfortable rooms. The restaurant was outstanding. Princess who is a server in the bar area is outstanding. Michael the doorman is the such a kind and caring individual. He was The Best!!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and Voster was amazing.

I could not sleep at all on the evening of our stay, because the overwhelming mold smell in the bedding was hell! The smell was stuck on the actual duvet inner. I felt sick to my stomach. I left the morning without getting any sleep. I was extremely disappointed by the brand that is Southern Sun and expected way more.
