Ten Bompas Hotel

The property is a gem hidden in Rosebank. The welcome letter and the complementary win from their most esteemed general manager was welcoming. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was wow. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Breakfast was excellent, staff really good. Gloria in particular was an amazing waitress. Accomodation comfortable and the suburb is quiet and peaceful.

Large comfortable suite. Relaxing garden surrounds. Excellent food and friendly staff.

Quite dated but fabulous large suites, with balcony, garden views, amazing staff and perfectly located for me,for both work and leisure Nothing was too much trouble for the team, that they have and I will certainly be back Thank you for making the start of a 2 week family trip to Thailand, easy and effortless ??

Some of the Interior spaces getting very dated, for instance the check in counter / bar area. Check in staff not very welcoming .

Really appreciated the hotel allowing us to check in on Saturday morning after spending two nights on planes to get to Johannesburg from the US. Comfortable room, good wifi.Location near Hyde Park mall was great for us to pick up supplies for a road trip to Kruger.

Beautiful property and very well located. Close to Sandton and Rosebank. Very quiet with a lovely warm atmosphere.My room was amazing - really sizeable and every night a fire in the room was prepared for me. What a lovely touch.The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendlier. Even did all my laundry and ironing for me. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very good food ..the only problem was that the coffee machine in room did not work and it was not possible to get an out of hours sandwich

Super friendly staff, great attached restaurant (offering breakfast, lunch and dinner), spacious rooms (interior looks a bit outdated but in a very charming way), centrally located, nice green courtyard

The rooms were so spacious and beautiful. The manager in charge made sure our stay is perfect. The staff was friendly and the food very delicious

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Emannuel was a real star and did an exceptional job. The room, sitting room and bathroom were very well equipped and large. They gave me a free bottle of wine and the home made chocolate in the room was exceptional. The bed provided a very comfortable sleep.

The food, while good, was not up to past standards. The chairs at the pool were all dirty and covered in droppings from the trees. The bedrooms are a bit dated and showing signs of wear and tear.

There is not much to not like. This property exceeded all of our expectations. Every staff member was wonderful and Chef Ross cooked up the best meals every day. The proximity to all of Joeberg was excellent.

The fireplace and the steam room in the room. The warmth and helpfulness of the stuff. Cosy beddings.

Probably needs a bit of refurbishing
