Good variety

One day I got in for breakfast before 1030, but the food was insufficient, and the cooks refused to make more because it was 5 min before closing. It did not feel good. Communicate better- the kitchen stops at 10 am; breakfast ends at 1030. Clear communication with customers is best to avoid hard feelings.

Lovely property in the heart of Sandton. But above else the service from staff like Zakhele, Sibongiseni and Mr Thomas who constantly go above and beyond to deliver excellent service and professionalism.I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions over the last 3 years and the experience, ambiance and staff makes my stay wonderful every time.

The location was great the room was spacious and very comfortable

-I was very appalled at the customer service or lack of at the hotel. On our first night we got stuck in the elevator for 20min and got late for our dinner engagement there was no apology or explanation from the hotel. -Upon check in we were not given important information like the restaurant location and we ended up getting lost in the morning. -There was no hot chocolate for the duration of our stay and the restaurant staff is pretty "selective" about who they greet, serve first and generally who they are polite to.-The general hotel staff was not very courteous.-It was only on our last day when we were checking out around 5am in the morning that we met very polite and courteous staff-They should attend to the ceiling leak by the restaurant reception area as my husband got a shower while waiting to be attended to.-Also a bit of sound proofing in the rooms would really benefit the guests.

The room had cleanliness and hygiene issues. We were moved from a Junior Suite to an Executive Suite, which appeared to be an upgrade, but the hygiene problems remained. Travelling with a baby and a child, this was a serious concern for us

We never enjoyed our stay the room was not clean, lifts where so full and we never had breakfast because the restaurant was over booked.

Sometimes the staff was not responsive as needed! Breakfast needs variety!

I was charged twice by a combination of Booking and @Sabdton. Later when I had called to resolve the issue. I was not entertained.

1. Bathroom doors were dirty.2. I was charged R35 tray charge on my food order but was never informed when i ordered.3. Maintenance issue-some bottom part of the cupboards were falling off and not properly looked after. 4. The space under the bathroom sink was dirty.

Sandton was clean and the staff was very nice, professional and prompt.

I took the stairs as I usually do at other hotels, and the doors for other floors were locked. I got to the very bottom and found that the outside door would not open to leave. I found this very disturbing.

Breakfast is poor. Very little choice, it used to be better before I don't know what happened.

I've travel to places but this is the best hotel I've been to, it was the second time, I just love this hotel, the convenience, the staff, the breakfast everything

That its was too short of a stay

Cleanliness needs to be improved. The rooms are starting to decline their state of cleanliness and furniture quality. Walls are very very very thin, guests next to my room stayed up beyond midnight, you can hear conversations and its very LOUD.

Modern design and updated property, loved the artwork throughout hotel, exceptional breakfast buffet, clean, friendly staff, great location.

I had a second floor balcony room. There was no view from my balcony. View surrounded by buildings on right and left along with building rooftop below.

For a hotel that has all the luxury amenities, I was disappoint in the gym. The equipment is cheap. The machines are worthless. And the club is too small. They should have a real gym in the hotel. This may not be important to most, but that should be an item that needs major improvement.

The room was spacious, comfortable and modern with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was nice and had plenty of options, including a selection of fresh fruit and an egg station with a chef. I appreciated having a fridge and a Nespresso machine in the studio apartment. I did not use the pool or other facilities.

The Sandton Hotel is really great. I stayed in the suite which was very spacious and filled with any and all amenities you could need. The staff was very helpful when it came to all my requests, and the hotel had facilities like a supermarket and a liquor store which I did not expect.The breakfast was also excellent, providing everything you would expect from a Continental breakfast. Overall a really great stay.

Nothing to complain about.

The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and the Sandton Mall. The hotel provides a convenient free shuttle service within the Sandton area. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the daily cleaning service and the complimentary Nespresso coffee each morning. The reception area was beautifully perfumed, creating a pleasant first impression as soon as you walk in. The hotel also offers good accessibility options, making it easy and comfortable for all guests to move around. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable.

It would be great if the hotel could expand its halal food options for room service and in the on-site restaurants to better accommodate diverse guests.

Very good location. Good breakfast

Power was switching off almost every night. On Saturday afternoon, we had an unpleasant scenario in which we had an emergency alarm for over an hour that warned the guests to get out of the hotel . It transpired it was a false alarm. The management could have done better by rectifying the problem at least within a reasonable time. It made me to to use the stairs from the 20th floor to the ground floor. That was very unfortunate.

Multilingual staff members. Very professional and always available to serve.The deli just outside the hotel provides great alternative meals. Walking proximity to the shopping centre.

Waiting long for the lift.The bathtub height is not ideal; it needs one to really lift legs very high in order to jump in. I should have opted for a shower.
