Courtyard Hotel Waterfall City

The hotel was conveniently located near the training center I was attending and the Mall of Africa, allowing easy access on foot to shopping options.

Approximately 35% of the restaurant staff I interacted with displayed poor customer service and a lack of enthusiasm. During my first dinner, they took 25 minutes to be served despite the restaurant not being busy. The following day, I waited 35 minutes, while other guests who arrived later were served before me. Due to this experience, I chose to dine elsewhere for the remainder of my stay.

Good location near shopping centre. Comfortable room with large walk in shower. Breakfast buffet was good quality. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location is good because I was able to easily access the mall, also the staff was very professional which is all I required.

I requested a baby cot and was given something that I did not find hygienic for anyone to use, let alone a child.

The hotel's staff were outstanding in their friendliness and professionalism, the property is beautiful and clean, very neat and well maintained. I will certainly return.

Rooms are specious and clean. A very comfy bed. Coffee maker game changer. The place is wonderful to stay close to most places I needed to be. Very helpful and polite staff.

I loved absolutely everything,the staff were so helpful and professional. The food ? . The room so tidy it looked brand new . On valentine we had a table set at the reception full of strawberries ,chocolate and balloons .Thank you so much.

there was only one incident where we waited for lunch very long time, but for compensation, they gave us free drinks.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The check in was friendly. The towels were fresh and clean and the shower spacious.

We took over 6 hours to check in. The staff at the check I counter seemed to be overwhelmed.

One of the best serviced hotels I travelled to. Extraordinary friendly and helpful, highlighting the breakfast team.The hotel is located opposite of the Mall of Africa where you can go for shopping or food. Perfectly located if you have business in Midrand. Safe and clean area less than 30 mins for JNB airport. Also well located between Johannesburg and Pretoria or if you want to go to Lion & Safari Park or Hartbeespoort dam & cable car.Definitely my preferred choice for the next trip to Midrand area.

People, cleanliness, menu, facilities, room layout, simplicity and comfort

The location is great with good access to all the main roads. The hotel itself is modern, with just the right size rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is particularly great. Easy and safe parking as well.
