Great location with a modern clean feel.

Reservation was for a king room but we were put in 2 double beds. Asked for an iron and was told it would be delivered but never was. Even though we had our credit card on file for charges and were able to charge our dinner there were problems both days

I would like to share my feedback regarding your hotel’s services as a venue for conferences and exhibitions. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations.The facilities provided for hosting conferences and exhibitions were poorly managed and did not reflect the standards expected from a professional venue. Additionally, the quality of the catering during the exhibitions was very disappointing, with food that did not meet even the most basic expectations in terms of taste, variety, and presentation.Such shortcomings create a negative impression for guests and participants, and they directly impact the reputation of both the hotel and the events hosted there. As someone who has attended and organized numerous international events, I strongly believe these issues need immediate attention and improvement if the hotel wishes to remain a competitive choice for business conferences and exhibitions.I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on enhancing both your event-hosting services and catering standards.

The view was amazing - spacious space. The hotel includes a huge play area and garden to walk. Palm trees, grass, etc..The breakfast was excellent and the chief asked us if we would like to have fresh prepared omelet, fried eggs or boiled eggs.

We just didn't have slippers.

From the reception,the welcome was very excellent.Our check in was very smooth and our room was very clean,housekeeping team was very helpful with all requests made.Compliments to the Chef and Co,our meals were amazing,enjoyed everything to desert...

Hotel charged me double and could not refund me, I found that pathetic. Moved me to different rooms. Only good thing was thw food, very good

We wanted to extend our stay but the front desk could not do this as we had booked through booking.com . We were told that the only way to extend our stay was to rebook with booking.com. This caused myself much extra work and as the quoted price was now ridiculously inflated , we moved to a nearby 5 star hotel . Very disappointing customer service!

Dinners ...The dinners were terrible. I sent the second night's food back and it was still raw on the second attempt. No water in my room both days, and when supplied I could not open the water bottle lid, without the tab Breaking.

Overall a convenient stay-over for attanding a conference at the Wanderers club. Secure parking. Room was fine.

It took long to check in due to the number of people that had to cehck in. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice. Need to be a member of the Marrit loaylty club (or be prepared to join), to have internat access.

i had Salmon and a bottle of wine for dinner at 21h00 - R900 and I am a local.I asked that they ensured the Salmon was cooked through. Waiter suggested seared so i stated yes. The Salmon was seared and was fridge cold in the centre. The knife could not cut it. I told the waiter it was the worst Salmon i have had, and left 40% of the Salmon on the plate, he returned from the kitchen stating, but I wanted it seared. he offered me a pudding, but the experience was already screwed up, so I declined.I will stay in the hotel again for convenience, but the kitchen is useless, and not my first bad experience.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Service at the coffee bar in the morning was extremely slow. We wainted over an hour to get our bagels and coffee served. 2 days in a row we had no towels in our room after the room had been cleaned.

Value for money and staff generally very good.

We had an issue with night staff which management dealt with professionally the following morning.

Food was awesome. The staff members were really friendly

I would appreciate a little more space in the room I was assigned. The bath was stripping, which turned my thoughts from using it.

My accomodation was canceled on the day I arrived despite me having a confirmation email from booking .com They then charged me a higher rate and said they could not honour the lower rate because it was now a new booking. It took a considerable amount of arguing a nd speaking to 2 managers before they agreed to honour that booking. Not a great way to start a holiday. I booked in August and requested a room on a higher floor overlooking the club. When I was allocated a room it was on the first flor overlooking a roof. Once again after a lengthy discussion I was moved to another room. Both incidents were resolved amicably and professionally by the staff but needn’t have happened in the first place
