Radisson is a wonderful hotel, conveniently located just a few minutes from Sandton Mall. The executive rooms on the 9th floor are cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed. Access to the Executive Lounge truly enhanced our stay, providing a perfect space to gather for coffee, conversation, and shared laughter.The staff are warm, welcoming, and exceptionally friendly. Thank you for making us feel genuinely at home.

It's one of my favorite hotels worldwide; whenever I can, I stay at a Radisson. The service is excellent in every aspect. The location is convenient and makes it easy to go shopping and to the doctor. The customer service is very good, from the ground floor to the reception on the 3rd floor.

Close to the Gautrain station and central, best advantage of the hotel.Also, cost/value ratio is pretty good. Last but not least, rooms are sufficiently comfortable

One of the day, I worked fully from the hotel from the room.I tried to order food from the restaurants 5 times (direct call, through reception, etc.) with no good result. At the end, I simply order on Uber Eats... It's a bit of a pity, to be honest.And the breakfast quality keeps decreasing.

Great location opposite Gautrain. The hotel offers a great alternative to staying at the airport between flights and gives access to Sandton shopping district. The room was clean with quality bed and cotton sheets. The only issue is there is no drinking water in the room. Housekeeping brought water up to our room in a bottle that was unsealed. And It's not easy to get more water even when I offered to buy sealed water I had to wait an hour for housekeeping to bring another two bottles of water. I got very sick as a result of drinking the first unsealed bottle of water. The front house staff are very helpful however I would be vigilant receiving food or drink from housekeeping.

Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel is one of my favourite hotels in Sandton. Its very well located with easy access to many attractions in Sandton, to and/or from the airport you get to the hotel easily by Gautrain.

Nothing it was all immaculate for me

I have stayed in many Radisson blu hotels around the world, even in SA. However this is got to be the worst! Avoid it if you can:1. It’s hard to find this hotel as there are no signs pointing to it. The gps takes you to a complex and you have to ask if the hotel is there. Parking spaces are tiny, the security even informed us that many cars get damaged by the entrances as well as parking bay. It’s terrible.2. You have to pay for parking, which is ridiculous considering that even one star hotels provide free parking.3. The staff at the reception is not friendly. We were not even offered a baby cot for our infant.4. Hotel water was dirty at some point and cut out for about 2 hours with the only one warning sign in the elevator in small font. Not enough effort was made to make guests well aware prior.5. Walls are too thin and not at all sound proofed, as we could hear people being intimate next door.6. For their hotel standards, it was way too pricey.7. We lost items in our hotel room and the service staff claimed they did not see them.8. There’s literally no communication on booking.com(where I booked with them). There’s an error with my booking, and I can’t reach the property. I just get automated messages that are not at all helpful.*9. The 1 star is only for their very good breakfast and convenient location (half and half). Otherwise it’s all bad!
