Located in Houghton, The Residence is a boutique hotel that offers spacious suites with a spa bath, and a balcony overlooking the garden, the fire pit or the outdoor pool. Each of the air-conditioned suites is elegantly decorated with antique French crystal chandeliers, dramatic velvet drapes and Persian rugs. All the suites have king size beds with pillows of soft goose down and fine Egyptian cottons. - All of your staff are very polite and friendly. Your hotel was beautiful on the surface, and the food was very delicious and well presented. The waiters were very friendly. The hotel seemed safe and secure in relation to the security. NOT FIVE STAR HOTEL!

- Mould in fridge, dirty bed linen, jacuzzi didnâ≢t work and was dirty caused rash to skin. Boiling water only came out of sink, shower head fell off hit head when showering, cleaners entered room with do not disturb sign on, spa not open, false advertisin
