Reef Hotel

Nothing at all. My first room,was the wrong room and the lights weren't working nor did the heat come on. On some websites and here,it's advertised as a free shuttle,they do not have a free shuttle. It's extremely over priced. It's holes and missing-

Construction all over the building.My second room ,the lights work but no hot water in either rooms as well. It's stated as a 4 star,it really should be a 2 star hotel. I really want my money back. It was not as advertised. That's why I didn't stay longer

The staff was very friendly and helpful

I don't feel it should be listed in the category as close to AIRPORT OR WITH HOTEL SHUTTLE>...it is 25 minutes in good traffic to get to the airport AND they truly DONT HAVE a shuttle. They just called a taxi for me which cost much more than an Uber.

The lift ?

Large room, comfortable bed,vig bathroom with good shower and hot water. Staff very nice and welcoming and helpful.

My room was cold and the A/C and heating unit was not sufficiently powerful to heat the room. The lifts were old, slow and unreliable. I was not impressed with the food in the restaurant.

The staff is really nice

Bedding wasn't the best. No water provided for the coffee kettle. Not enough towels were provided. Had to ask for things a few times. Overall, it was not the standard of others 4 ? hotels I stayed at.

People where really nice, the breakfast and all was very clean. Rooms were comfy !

The area is tricky

Nothing really looked old and elevators didn’t look serviced.

Staff were drunk and fighting. Apparently they had a closing party of some sort

i like the bedrooms very neat and clean

bathroom light did not work, and the lifts took a long time to open and some did nott work.

My car was parked save....and the was clean

There was no Fridge on our rooms... Everything you want have fee...... Like room service.

Breakfast was so disappointing, had no choice at all. Very disappointing

The parking was such a trouble, going in and out was a nightmare because my car was very big.

I love the receptions very helpful.They helped with places to visit as well.

everything was just ok only the lift was a little bit slow but was ok. I can't wait to come again next time when am in SA

The hotel has a bar on the 15th floor with good Alcohol prices and a good dj. So if u feeling a vibe you can do it in the same space of the hotel.The restaurant downstairs was good.food was nice service, which was excellent.staff is nice i would give a 10/10 here.This was great you had all you needed in the hotel and there was no need to go out.

We went on holiday for a weekend. When we were two hours late from check in but our rooms wasn't done. Check in was at 2 we arrived at after 4, Then we had to wait 30mins for our Room Key as the room wasn't done. Which was upsetting as We came from the airport and am effective check in would've been great.The hotel didn't have towels there wasn't a towel in our rooms.The next morning we went to ask for towels but we didn't receive them we ended up showering using the pillow case in the hotel to dry us off with. As we went down to ask for towels the morning atleast one but two hours later it was never brought up.We left for the day and on return we were locked out of our rooms ..Our room keys didn't want to work to open our doors..we then had to go back down and ask what is happening. The day we checked out our lift wasn't working.We were on the 15th floor and had to walk down the flight of stairs to the nineth floor with our suitcase to get the lift that was working.This was terrible as being on holiday you want things as easy as a breeze it's the hole point of a holiday.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Food was terrible, location very unsafe, one towel given only for 2 People sharing a room, airconditioning was not working properly, elevators were not working, manager was called multiple times to assist but no immediate response. What the pictures depicted was not was delivered

Gratification.....every little thing was on point

little noise from the neighborhood of jozi ....but as expected....Saturday nite life in joburg cbd....left my cellphone charger behind......hope to getting it some day

Hotel amenities, friendliness of staff.helpfulness.

Location was inner city. I did not know this at tge time of booking. Tge staff did warn us as tourists, to be careful when venturing outside. Tgey were very helpful in providing escorts to take us to local ATMS ETC. However there are no viable fast food or popular food outlets nearby. This nessitated us eating at tge hotel during our stay. The hotel could improve its food menu and availability. It's not the hotels fault that the location surrounding is quite desolate.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice restaurant and bar with amazing cocktails. I am recommend this friendly place.

the room was very neat and the location was also good. The breakfast was ok but the facilities as well as the staff were very good.

the breakfast was not upto the mark especially for vegetarians like me. The location was good but not a safe one after 5pm, so literally we were hooked up inside the room.

The breakfast was decent and tasty. Coffee station was a bit confusing.but a nice blend.

Was disappointed in the dinner. The pork belly was not cooked properly so was tough and the carrots were hard. The skin want crispy and pork belly should rather go with an apple or mustard sauce not a mushroom..
