The location was good

I found a cockroach in my room . Breakfast was underwhelming, the toaster wasn't even working to make toast. The balcony area was very untidy and was not cleaned. The hotel did not have any dental kits.

I unfortunately woke up too late and had to get to a function, so couldn't enjoy breakfast, but I am certain that it would have been exceptional

Everything was excellent. I loved every moment! Looking forward to experiencing everything that is offered next time! All looks and is wonderful! A wonderful facility and an extraordinary, beautiful room. The service from reception to "helpers "was exceptional—a specific mention to Clement(?), who was the friendliest and most helpful gentleman.

Golf course surroundings were pretty. Several choices for food and drinks.

WiFi coverage was not good.

The rooms and the food

They don’t have smart tvs, even the dstv package paid is the 1st package , there’s literally nothing to watch. No room service. The fridge is too small. Only 1 or 2 things can fit in the fridge.

Rooms are really nice for a hotel and the value. View of the golf course really good and also the restuarants are really good.

My room wasn't really prepared in time, they had to give us another room and it just got cleaned so the carpets smell was still in the air but nothing major just opened the windows for fresh air... but this could be a once in while thing cant complain on this it was a nice stay to be honest.

Food was on point, very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, will be back.

It was my husband's birthday and they gave him a complimentary birthday treat. That was sweet and very special, thank you so much to the staff for their thoughtfulness.

We struggled to get the heater to warm up, we had to ask for an extra blanket.The furniture on our balcony was dirty, we couldn't sit and enjoy that view.

The setting is lovely, right on the golf course and the room was spacious and comfortable once we got the heating working.

The filter in the aircon/heater hadn't been cleaned so it didn't get warm until we called the maintenance team to come and deal with it. Also, there were far too many people compared to the space available for breakfast on the Sunday morning (my husband's birthday) so we had to sit at an outside table on a freezing cold morning. Not ideal.

The restaurants on site were good, we enjoyed lunch overlooking the golf course and a more upscale feeling dinner inside the Hotel restaurant. The spa on site was very nice.

The ambience is great.

on our second return the room was clean but needed some fresh air because it was very stuffy. The bathroom was not clean. It had pink spots and there was a leak in the bathroom connected with toilet. I showed the front desk pictures and a video during check out. Hopefully they took note and worked on improvement.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is quite friendly.

The passage ways to the rooms can be improved and they should consider having white gowns in the rooms considering the standard of the hotel.

The place is beautiful in a perfect ? location as well ..check in and out was smooth.

Bathroom basin and the ? shower drainage system to be looked at.It was a bit cold on friday and aircon was not working and later on we were moved to a different room...

I recently stayed at this resort and overall, I would say it’s more suited for golfers than general visitors. It’s primarily a golf resort, so there isn’t much else to do if you’re not playing golf.The place is comfortable and modern, offering peace of mind.

I wasn’t properly guided on where facilities like the spa and gym were located, which made it a bit frustrating.The internet was weak in our room.There’s also no safe place to take a walk in nature during the day, as the golf course is active and walking around could be dangerous. The food was fair — nothing outstanding — and I was surprised to be charged separately for cappuccinos at breakfast, even though breakfast was supposed to be included in the stay.Overall, I wasn’t very satisfied with the experience, mainly because of the lack of activities and guidance. However, the price for a night’s stay, including breakfast, was reasonable. If you’re just looking for a quick, affordable overnight stop, it’s acceptable — but for a full leisure experience, I would look elsewhere.

The hotel staff were friendly. The rooms were very neat, spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. The view of the golf course was breathtaking.

The shower grout looks old and untidy and the bar is extremely expensive.

The rooms were wonderfully spacious and stylishly modern, giving us plenty of room to spread out with the little ones. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to help, which made traveling with babies feel effortless. All in all, it’s easily one of my favourite family‑friendly hotels—we felt comfortable, cared for, and completely at home.

Can’t fault anything

We loved the food, compliments to the chef. The spa was fantastic, both the service and the massage itself but the massage room was quite cold. Lovely and spacious room with great views of the course.

When it rained in the middle of the night, it leaked into the bathroom, the toilet was flooded and it was also leaking into the bedroom ceiling. It was so noisy we couldn't sleep for about 2 hours until the rain stopped. The massage rooms could also do with some heaters and heated towels like most spas of that caliber.

Great venue. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. I really liked the patio restaurant and bar overlooking the golf course. Great to have padel courts and a gym on site.

A little more attention could be applied to cleaning the shower and bath. Pool is very clean but the marble is looking tired.

Beautiful premises, with a bar overlooking the golf course where you can watch the sunset. Every single staff member was friendly and the service outstanding.

Breakfast could have some fresh options like cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce. Otherwise it was lovely ??

The property looks beautiful, loved the spa.

We arrived on Friday evening and on our way to our to our room, we were met by dirty plates on the corridors outside other guests rooms. In the morning on our way to breakfast, the dirty plates were still on the corridors outside the rooms. We had ordered in the previous night, left our plates and housekeeping came to clean and left the plates outside our door. We came back in the evening at around 23:00 and found our plates outside our rooms again. We had to call the front desk to have them taken. The shower was not cleaned properly after housekeeping had cleaned. At breakfast, I ordered coffee and was told that they didn’t have enough coffee mugs so I had to wait till someone finished, they cleaned them up and then only I got my coffee. Shocking!!! I didn’t quite get the 5 star treatment I was expecting.
