This hotel is amazing! The furnishings are gorgeous and everything is the highest quality. The reception staff are helpful and lovely.

The restaurant waitstaff for the dinners aren't very attentive. (You can see by the triviality of this just how nice everything was)

My other friends were staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel nearby, and this gem of a boutique hotel was way better!

A beautiful boutique hotel in the leafy Rosebank with good eating locations within easy distance. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!

Very nice boutique hotel. Relaxing and tranquil atmosphere with a pool and a garden in the center. The rooms are very spacious too.

The noise we heard the whole night up and down at the stairs. And the top of the bathroom and shower was spiderwebs and it was dirty walls

It was clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms were comfortable, overall very relaxing.

Location - big room and comfortable bed

Entrance wasn’t clean , receptionist didn’t acknowledge or greet us when we arrived - she was busy with some else so we just stood around waiting - the other man at reception picked his nose the whole time and also didn’t greet us or acknowledge us. There was a very Noisey party happening when we arrived - very loud local music with lots of drunk people around - didn’t leave a good impression at all

Location was great, breakfast was great, everyone was very friendly.

Would have preferred a bit more privacy, desk area was outside the curtains and overlooked outdoor restaurant area.

Freezing cold room. Almost no tv channels when I just wanted to relax in a supposed 5 star hotel. When they reluctantly did switch my room the extra channels still disappeared after a short power cut. No hot water at all in the sink. When I mentioned this at checkout, no hint of regret or apology or compensation. How many stars?????

Beautiful, well kept hotel in Rosebank near the Gautrain and shopping (5 minute walk). Also near the office for the sightseeing bus. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent as was breakfast. Spacious clean room overlooking the pool.

Nothink about I like in thant hotel

Its a beautiful hotel aesthetically however that it is where it stops.

I would not recommend the hotel at all. POOR WIFI. Dated rooms. Ancient television with extremely limited channels. Broken furniture. After an hour of checking in we checked out. Manager had made numerous excuses and apologies. However we expected more from a 5 star hotel. Awaiting refund to reflect.

Great breakfast, big room, pretty property!

Location is great for northern Jo'burg and especially Rosebank Mall. It feels safe and secure. The rooms are spacious and light with good-sized bathrooms and we had a nice little balcony overlooking the pool. We didn't eat there but we did have a drink at the bar before going out for dinner nearby. There is a lovely outdoor seating area.

There were no cocktails or rosé wine at the bar.
