Lovely full breakfast spread which I really enjoyed. We were also able to check in early since the room was ready which was so incredible and meant a lot to us. Super friendly staff. Super nice and comfortable room and bed. Would definitely stay again.

The Standard rooms didn't have a bar fridge we had to upgrade. There were so many kids making noise early in the morning, paying for parking is a no.

Good location next to the famous Stanley 44, the bed was big and comfortable, the room is rather spacious. The breakfast was ok.

The bathroom needs more towels, fix the light as the one above the bed was not functioning, and the cleaning service came to the room at 9 am while we did not check out yet nor asked for it specifically.

Perfect location, good value breakfast in a pleasantly spacious room. Parking at location was a big advantage.

Gym was poorly equipped.

Everything was on time, clean, and as expected. A bonus is the fact that one can use the underground parking area from across the entrance to access a gym facility from a neighboring apartment block, some nice shops and cafes. The exit to the underground parking area leads to 44 Stanley, a small, but chic area with antique books, vintage vinyls and clothes, a gallery, speciality coffee, good restaurants and food stalls, nice clothing and souvenir stores, and an independent cinema. The fact that everything is within walking distance (about 5 minutes away) makes this accommodation really convenient.

The Wifi connection though seemingly stable and okay, did not stay connected to my laptop, and did not work all the time. This is an easy fix by hotspotting internet from an eSIM.

The staff was friendly though restaurant service can be faster. The rooms were neat and well-kept felt safe and secure in the hotel with a very friendly front desk .

Restaurant staff take too long to attend to orders maybe more staff is required.

The property is close to amenities and many surrounding places. The security guards are very welcoming and engaging. I liked the fact that they provided us with a non-smoking family room as we've requested.

It rained the night of my stay and while I'm not sure where the water leak was, the bathroom (around the toilet) had a puddle of water in the morning. It wasn't a lot, but I think it could be looked at and get fixed. The workmanship on the floor sealing around that toilet looked like an after-thought, and I suspect that's where the water leaked from.The breakfast could use variety of bakery food like rye/sourdough bread. The replenishments could also be quickened. The chicken sausages were very spice and not kids friendly. They would benefit from having less spicy options as well.

The service and response given by the personnel at the counter was not satisfactory. Wifi signal was very bad in room 141 and when reported no one bothered to come check instead I was given a lame response of " we haven't had such problem'. I had to leave the room and search for wifi in the hallways.

Location, staff and breakfast

Bed was not comfortable, furniture (chair and table) is worn out. The housekeeper did not replace shower gel and soap, we were four in a family room. We had to use my face wash to bath.

The bed linen was crisp and white .

The hotel could do with the revamp. The breakfast area had a terrible smell of old cooking oil , which put one off the food. The dining area looked like a canteen , with plastic chairs and tables ( green and orange). Looked cheap.

The breakfast was amazing. The food was good and fresh , the staff was also very helpful. Props to the chef.
