After multiple overnight visits to Kimberley, we found our go-to accommodation for future visits.Luxury, comfort, attention to detail, modern, well designed, courteous personnel.Small enough to take care of each guest.Safe undercover parking.Lovely restaurant with unique menu choices.Excellent well stocked wine cellar.

One flight of stairs from basement parking. Another flight of stairs to rooms. Rooms are on the first floor.Not really a problem, but might be a challenge for guests with mobility challenges.

Although the pictures on the website don’t present what the rooms look like, the hotel is beautiful, clean and well kept

I didn’t like that the room I wanted didn’t look like the room I selected when I did the online booking. Another thing I didn’t like was that I had to call reception twice to ask for a mug and they still didn’t bring it upon my 2nd request

Tranquil setting, with professional and friendly staff. Dinner was lovely.

It really takes a long time to have warm water in the bathroom, resulting in the waste of a lot of water. Also stops half way through your shower, resulting in a nice cold shower instead. Was luckily summer now, but will not appreciate it in winter.

I received a warm welcome from Melanie. My request was an early check-in for my travel from JHB to Kimberley. From a long journey the hotel exceeded my expectations with a more than comfortable room and showers. The beds are very comfortable to get a restful sleep. The location is perfect with secure parking and with a mall just down the road makes it easy if you would like to go out for dinner.

Everything. The facility, the food, the location...for a sec you forget that you are in Kimberley. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Not forgetting my favorite part of any outing...the food is scrumptious?

We have stayed here for the second time and it was really good, the environment, the clean and the services were fantastic

Clean, modern and tidy

The number of mosquitoes in the room was very annoying.

Breakfast off a menu and looked good but I just had toast and jam as not hungry. They have a full restaurant which is a big bonus as Kimberley lacks sorely in the restaurant stakes. Had an excellent butter chicken. Decent lounge/bar area and pleasant pool patio.

There is not really a pool despite the claim of one. More a jacuzzi

Beautifully furnished, room came with coffee maker, coffee pods, milk, water and biscuits. Great linens- soft towels and cotton sheets.

Don’t like not having a door between bathroom and bedroom. Sound proofing between rooms isn’t great- could hear others taking showers and gurgling pipes/ running water from next door and upstairs woke us up. Service in restaurant was very slow both evening and morning- despite different serving staff. Have to ask for a WIFI code which means different slips of paper per guest which need to be renewed daily.

This hotel is highly recommended, from the beautifully decorated room, to the pure bliss of fresh high quality bedding all of it was fantastic, and the food !! absolutely fantastic. Perfect for our overnight stay , well fed and rested to hit the road again for our travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful and did not bat an eye with our dishevelled look on arrival after a day on the road, they made us feel welcome and comfortable.

The pool is way too small, probably just an inch bigger than the bathtub No lift in the building Lot TV channel ain't working

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and we had a very stylish room. The Copper Oryx restaurant that is on-site had some of the best food we have had on our trip. Very friendly staff.

There is not much to dislike. Our timing was unfortunate and we arrived when a bride and groom had their pictures taken in the front and at reception so we just ducked and dived.

Beautiful clean hotel and rooms, with excellent decor. All the staff were amazing and attentive. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was brilliant. It's one of the best drinks/wine menus I have seen for a while, and the supper was superb.

The rooms are newly renovated.

There was no pool which was the one thing I was looking for, as it was 35 degrees.

The hotel is very beautiful, it exceeded my expectations. friendly staff, nice breakfast, and comfortable bed were a cherry on top. This is the most beautiful hotel in Kimberly. I will definitely come back. I enjoyed my stay

The staff was very professional and very friendly. They were very quick to respond. I was on a particular diet and the chef was exceptional.

Love the design and decor. Food was brilliant. Bath and shower good size, water warm, bathroom were newly redone.
