Location; friendly staff and nice buffet breakfast

Room was spacious

The smell of the carpet and it didn't look clean

Good value for money . Breakfast was really good

The door would scrape on the floor and this would make an unpleasant sound

Room 409 Aircon is not working and bed it’s making noise when you turn…. That place was not so those days, it need upgrading pls

Bad experience

The room was uncomfortable and very untidy. Bathrooms were in very poor condition. Air-conditioning was broken. No bath or hand towels were provided. Lighting in the room was dull or not working. No in room complimentary tea or coffee and no soaps or shower gel. The buffet breakfast was not up to standard. Overall experience was extremely unfavorable, and I will not attempt to book there again and will not refer anyone.

Good location and it’s easy to find

The hotel was very untidy. The staff was really not professional at all.

The location is ideal, safe and easy access to shopping centres.

The place has so much noise inside the whole night and the room was not as in the picture and had to take long tail to get breakfast yoh, WiFi doesn't work it was a mess

Breakfast was great and they served something different daily.They only had Guava juice and I requested for Orange or Tropical.The next day they had tropical.

It's a walk to Breakfast,it will be a challenge when it's raining

Night shift staff noisy my room was right next to reception. Infirmation given at arrival regarding to facilities poorThe curtains came of tge rails when ipening it.

Check-in is very easy. Stuff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and they are flexible on changes. Cleary one of the best accommodations in the area. 100% recommended.

Is in the main road, especially if you travelling to to Cape Town

Low level accommodation for quick travel deemed reasonable as a 2-Start hotel.

The hotel advertise 3 Stars while it is a 2-Start hotel. They also say they have a Free shuttle to/from Airport while you need to book for it at least 24h before. They need to update this on Website.

The receptionest on duty,Riana, was extremely friendly and efficient.

The mattress was in poor condition,worn out...room 312.The pillowcases still had the previous lady's foundatiin on it,as well as one of the pillow cases.The carpet in the room is worn out and dusty.Some of the towels had holes in.

I enjoyed the breakfast, though I was hoping to get serviced something different the next day.

Limited channels to watch on TV, the refrigerator is too small and Wifi connectivity tend to be slow.

Safe area and close by to shopping points and eating places.

The rooms are not soundproof at all, which should be considered due to the fact that there is a 24-hour check-in policy. There were very loud guests right outside our door as well as upstairs so l had to request for management to handle it but it didn’t help much. The room only had one bath towel provided and a dirty cloth with some surface cleaner was left on the bed when we arrived.

The restaurant on the premises which they advised and where breakfast are served was the worst ever experience I have ever had. Teribble service, wrong order and billed as per order!! We decided not to bother going there fot breakfast!
