Horseshoe Inn and Conference Center

The room was simple and just what we needed. Just a good working bathroom/shower, comfy bed, good air con. Perfect since we were just passing through. Good restaurant on sit with lots of options.

In the room we were in there was only wifi in one corner so if it was a little more range then it would have been perfect.

Room wasnt up to standard, no coffee, tea, sugar or milk. Dustbin had rubbish in. TV don't have a remote. Not value for money!

We arrived to a reception area stinking of tons of cigarette smoke from the bar.We went to the room, first thing we saw was a huge cockroach. The bathroom door didn't close properly, the place is in desperate need of a complete revamp. Too disgusted to stay, we left. Very shocked that Booking.com has a place like this on your app.

Lack of cleanliness, no maintenance, old beds, crazy price for awful accommodation

The only good thing was the breakfast the Sunday morning

We came there, and our room wasn't ready (the cleaner did apologized) but at check in they didn't even say anything. The swimmingpool was not available for us as guests, as there was a function on. The ratio of the tv/dstv was out - we couldn't see all. Myself was feeling sick, so my husband went to order take aways from the restaurant. When he went to ask for proper plates and cutlery, he had to beg them almost for it. The water pressure in the bath/shower was low - i could not even try to wash my hair.

The room was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. The breakfast was well presented, tasty and the verity splendid. The bed was very comfortable and the linen crispy clean.

The room allocated to me , the roof was leaking, also the yard was flooded with water making movement not great.....the staff at the restaurant was not very helpful as they insisted that they have knocked off and not serving

The tv did not work and water took very long to get warm in the bathroom.

Reception staff extremely friendly

Man-hole overflowing at the back of pub area behind reception with a stench that goes with it. Very loud guests in adjoining rooms. Breakfast was not great, food seemed old and over-cooked.

The staff were amazing! Friendly! Respectful! Very helpful! Kind! Loved the fridge for keeping some milk in. Plenty of coffee n tea for the room. Lovely clean towels every day.

The basin was clean but needed a scrub with a brush around the plug area. The shower floor was stained but clean.

Nice location center.

The hall was rented out and there were drunk people all over the parking lot. 4 am there were young boys breaking bottles and fighting. The bedding had stains and the room smelt moldy.

It was very welcoming and pleasant exactly the reception you can expect from a 1st Class establishment. The breakfast was delicious and staff friendly

They only thing is that the yard outside could do with a tidy up, there was stuff laying around that could either be removed or packed tidily it gave the place a bit of a neglected look to it.

Cleaner rooms.

Big spacious room and kid friendly inside. heard there is a pool but unfortunately did not get to use it. nice spacious bathroom with huge shower.

No sink to wash out dishes or microwave to warm up food.TV could be bigger and the ice trays where not filled in the fridge is either of the rooms. cupboards could be cleaned and improved.

The facilities require serious upgrading.Routine maintenance is neglected,there were cochroaches in every room.The towels must be thrown away.

Reception was an absolute pleasure. Welcoming and super quick. Booked with them and when we arrived within 5 minutes everything was ready wow you guys rock. Will book at this place anything. Yes it does need a little maintenance but I slept like a baby

The place is very convenient for people who are accomodated attending a function at your venue.

There were cochroaches in the rooms.Please buy new bathroom towels.Pay attention to general maintenance of your rooms.

After I laid a complaint, one of the stuff willingly helped us move into another room

The toilet was blocked. The room was dirty from wardrobes to the bedding.I laid a complaint at 7am, but at 5 pm, I wasn't assisted until I called.It wasn't vskue for money for what I paid for!! I regret

We really enjoyed and liked the breakfast

The rooms needs urgent maintenance, rain water linking through the ceiling into the rooms, too much mould in the rooms health hazard. The towels are all cream white instead of being white. We were in room 231 and the craps at the back of the room are highly depressing and irritating. The bath basin is forever blocked and the smell thereof is debilitating. The place has lot of potential and taking care of the issues raised will push yo rating to an upper rating. The food was very nice we enjoyed it it the cups looks old with stains due to wear and tear. The outside walls of the room needs cleaning and painting. We won’t mind coming back for another stay and hope that by that time the place will look much better.
