The Hub Urban Hotel

The staff is not friendly and not active

we arrived and the was a smell of gas from the kitchen our receptionist couldn't careless.the remote was not working for both gates and doorwifi was not connecting

No elevator so had to lug suitcase if flight of stairs

No hairdryer in room as advertisedBreakfast very basic.. Sauces container in breakfast area where all sticky, could use a wipe down once in a while

Only body wash provided no hair products and I would have liked bottled water in the room

Breakfast self service, no coffee until reminder that it was finished.

Boutique Hotel name misleading, this is a hotel for Reps.

The place was central to most of the activities we were planning to go to.

TV was small with limited DSTV channels.

There was no noise and the rooms are spacious

The combination of 2 single beds in order to form the King Bed . The matters was falling off .

The Room is spacious. The hotel was very clean.The Location is conveniently located

The staff was very friendly

There was a smell in the room. I don't know if it their pipes but it was only in the evening.

The manager is friendly and welcomed us with warm hands. She made our stay felt like home away from home.

Trap door to the pipes that fell at the corridor...it was not safe for guests .

I wish they can invest in lace curtain in the rooms and also I get nervous with the tag at the gate especially at night time

The bed was comfortable

The prescriptive breakfast which did not have options to choose from. Very restrictive, we had to to eat the same type of food. There is no water made available in each room. The tap water was not pleasant at all. If some good practices could be copied from other hotels, this will take the hub to a new level.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Not noisy.

No aircon. Bedding was a bit ill fitting. Other than that it was a great stay.

Location is perfect,in one of the most quiet areas of Gqeberha

Horrible stay overall

I left an item in the fridge when i called to enquire about it was told the cleaning lady took it home by mistake?. I had asked someone to collect the item for me was told that the lady that took the item by mistake wants to get my number as so to speak to me. I refused and asked to speak to the manager who basically told me i should not leave items in the fridge. The nerve.

The water for the toilet at room 19 was shut off on departure day.
