Except the location nothing interesting or oustanding in this hotel. View on the lake is OK.

Many lack of maintenance in this hotel, we requested to changeout the room but the same occurs. We're really disapointed by the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness too.Request a refunding or commercial gesture if possible. I cant upload videos but if you send me a link where to post i will share as proof.

The location is great and the view in the room and specially in the bathroom from the bathtub, it is the best of the hotel.

It is old and dirty. Swimming pool was dirty, my bathroom was dirty with hairs on the shower walls, the dressing was painted white and it was all grey around the push up and super dirty inside. The painting was pealing off the walls in the room and in the corridor. Everything was at least 10 years old and never been replaced. Everything was poor quality, the sofa fabric in the common living room. It must has been a “boutique” hotel 10 years ago, but today it is very poor quality and the cleanness is awful. The only part that seemed cleaned (thanks God) was the bed sheets ?

The view

Very dirty, small and noisy rooms and unhelpful staff in the front office.

The pool was the best part, breakfast was lovely and view from the room was beautiful. Staff was helpful.

Customer service in advance of the stay was terrible. Impossible to communicate with the hotel in a timely way, inflexible with reasonable (IMO) requests that were “up to the discretion of the hotel”, according to Booking.com. Unfortunately this cast a negative shadow to my whole birthday weekend there. If you don’t need any changes to your reservation you should be fine, but good luck if you do.

Location and the view are amazing.

Hotel is run down. Lots of maintenance needed. Pool deck was all bent and full of bird poo. An odd smell was coming out of the Scottish shower. Staff weren't trained or helpful enough.I wouldn't rate the hotel a 4-star. It might have been in the past, but it's current status is not worth 4 stars.

Breakfast is very simple. Could be more complete.

Had the greatest time at this hotel, the views from the room (even the bathroom!) were out of this world, the breakfast and the restaurant dishes were absolutely amazing. From the very beginning the staff made us feel as if we were home and gave us a lot of great recommendations for our trip, unmatched hospitality. Location is super convenient too, overall 10/10 experience, definitely will be coming back!

The location and views were exquisite. The outdoor pool was nice and warm. There was access to the lake (with a little pier)

The elevator for the majority of our stay was not working. The pool wasn't accessible, one afternoon due to "poor weather conditions".

Beautiful hotel, great location. Each room has a gorgeous view of the bay, and the bathroom has large panoramic windows. The restaurant has delicious breakfasts, and you can also have a delicious dinner (very tasty meat, sweet potato puree, wine). There is a swimming pool and a spa center, you can order a massage (excellent masseuse, I recommend!). There are several sun loungers and umbrellas. You can also walk to the Pier, there is a beautiful view of the lake, and you can feel the privacy. The staff is polite and nice, but almost no one speaks English.

Did not charge the correct amount on my credit card. Charged usd rate instead of pesos which made the stay 3 times more expensive than what it should have been. No response from the hotel on messages

We asked to use the Jacuzzi on 2 different evenings and were declined for various excuses.
