The location

I thought the breakfast could be better and the room is not charming. There was a smell on the bathroom.

rooms are not up kept, air does not work and they smell.

This property is so well situated in Mendoza, across from the main Plaza, and incredibly comfortable for a stay in the City. The staff was incredibly helpful and the value for the stay and fineries of this hotel are well matched. The parking on site is also very secure.

The hotel needs a renovation. Carpet is totally stained, air conditioning is very noisy, speaciallaily when it turns in and out along the night.The bathroom has two doors that don not close properly.

Problem when bathing transboundary water. Not only in my bedroom but it also happened with another person in our group.

Fantastic location, comfortable spacious rooms, great bar & breakfast buffet on site. The standout service were the concierges. We had transport to and from airport plus private drivers on 4 different days. The concierges assisted with every detail setting up all of our dinners & wine tours. It was a wonderful experience & we will definitely recommend the hotel to all of our friends.

Bit of a maze to get from bedroom to spa

The staff was amazing. Natasha suggested great places to dine. She also arranged a wonderful wine tour and lunch experience with an excellent driver Gustavo who spoke English very well and arranged for a special stop at a champagne winery when we had a bit of extra time before our scheduled tour. Perfecto!

Second time in this hotel: big room, common areas and location. Breakfast is amazing and the staff is happy to help in everything you need.

The bathroom had many faults

Breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was great. You could walk out of the hotel and easily get to restuarants within walking distance. The staff were all very nice and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were big and well presented.

The staff was super, super friendly and helpful I want to commend Natasha for her outstanding service.

The bathroom had no towel bars.We had to dry our towels in the room.
