Good location. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

The room would be a little small for 2 people or a long stay, but was fine for me traveling alone.

Location is exceptional! At the heart of the city center - loads of restaurants, markets and shops nearby. Room was always very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. A very good budget stay overall!

Breakfast didn't have eggs - no protein options aside from ham.

The room and bathroom were very uncomfortable. Was clean but uncomfortable. The view is directly to the dining room. Doesn't have facilities as a simple USB ports to charge phones or devices.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is nice and close to restaurants. The common areas were newly remodeled and nice for sitting outside.

The hotel room was tiny and the bathroom was miniscule. There was only room for one person in the bathroom at a time. There was only one small mirror in the bathroom and the shower leaked onto the rest of the bathroom floor. The bathroom needs to be updated. There are no hairdryers in the rooms, you have to request one from the main desk. The breakfast was very sparse compared to other hotels in the country consisting of a few types of breads, pastries, and unripe fruit. We expected more for the cost of the stay.

The rooms are too small, even for couples. We had a single/full bed room and the room space was too tight for the both of us. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Excellent location and very helpful, English-speaking staff. The breakfast is convenient, and the room is comfortable. The hotel is very close to Mendoza's main square, yet the environment is calm and not noisy. The city centre is practically at the doorstep.

This hotel is about a 20-minute drive from the airport, and my Uber ride cost 9,000 pesos. The location is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, with the main tourist-focused eateries and bars located on Arístides Street. While there are some meal deals and drink specials available in this area, I personally didn’t find it appealing.On a more positive note, there are several charming parks nearby.The room we stayed in was okay but quite warm, and we couldn’t figure out how to keep the air conditioning running continuously through the night. The shower had good hot water and strong pressure, but the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.Breakfast was very basic, though there is a water dispenser available for guests.The reception staff were excellent—friendly and very helpful with any queries.

The hot water in my room took several minutes. They did put a sign up advising as such, nonetheless it was somewhat annoying (and wasteful)

The location couldn't be better. It is just a few blocks from the main plaza yet very quiet. I was able to walk all over the city. The room was small but very comfortable and since I was mostly out all day, I didn't need a big space. There was plenty of hot water and the air conditioning worked well. I didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor spaces, but there were several patios where you could sit outside and relax. The breakfast was basic (bread, butter, preserves, fruit, cereal, coffee, and tea) but tasty and provided enough to start the morning. If I return to Mendoza in the future, I will definitely return here.

Small room with a tiny bathroom but comfortable. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The heating was great.

We missed more sockets in the room.
