Ritz Hotel Mendoza

Good location in good part of town, blinds on windows keep the summer light out in the morning. Breakfast variety and quality were good, on the 5th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful at the desk, even for a late-night check-in. The room was tiny, but adequate. Price paid upon check-in was about $10 more than Booking.com estimated, perhaps due to peso exchange rate issues.

Location

Very old, haven’t been update trough the time. The bedrooms had humidity on the walls. The staff charge me a complete room for my 3 years old kid

The staff welcomed us with a smile! The room was clean. There was a nice space in lobby. We appreciated the excellent breakfast the hotel served. Also, the staff had great communication prior to our arrival.

Good Location an breakfast but a bad manteinance of the installations and building.

The bathroom was smelly. Some power outlets in the room were not working and the electricity in the room was coming in and out. The elevator failed once during our stay. The coffee was awful.

Location was excellent, the room was small but cozy and comfortable and very good value for money

It is a bit rundown and needs a few coats of paint, also the little fridge did not cool anything down, breakfast could improve a lot but its still acceptable

VERY Small room for 3 people, extremely uncomfortable. The hotel needs an important renovation. The bathroom has an open for the sewage with an unbearable smell. We were just for one night but the room was a horrible experience

good location and safe neighborhood

Property is very rundown. The tub was peeling, doors and window sills were peeling. Open wiring in bathroom. Bedroom walls were scuffed and scratched and need painting.

The rooms were well cleaned but the bathroom was not cleaned at all. The breakfast provided was fair, there weren’t too many options but it was delicious.

The bathroom had a terrible smell during our entire stay. We talked to the managers to ask for a room change (we booked two rooms) and they were able to provide just the change of one room. At the end we got a discount but the entire stay was uncomfortable due to the terrible smell coming from the bathrooms. Also, the bath wasn’t cleaned before our stay , please see the pictures.

The rooms have excellent air conditioning, the beds are comfortable and pleasant, the location is fine

it need to improve flooring (carpet),shower overflow. the room was very small for two single beds in it.
