Pros +
- Great Location. Just around the corner from the pedestrian street and San Martin avenue
- Great central location in Mendoza in a safe area. Professional staff and comfy beds. Great value for money. The spa was nice (even though no pool), and we got a free hydro massage (private jacuzzi) when booked through booking.com.
- Very central, relatively new
Cons -
- The breakfast buffet had a two level display of food, totally open, not separated with plexiglass or any signage with instructions, and a man behind the display greeting you good morning - if he was not getting sonething from the kitchen. The man, otherwise friendly, would tell new arrivals that they could help themselves from the frontal lower display but only HE could serve from the upper display. It was very awkward, as usually the warning comes as soon as you try to reach for the food..Oops! Sorry! .Just a little cardboard saying "please wait to be served from the upper display" would be much friendlier.Tiny bathroom and mini sink in room 505, that gets on the way. . I would get rid of the bidet and place the sink there instead
- Although powerful the shower had a mind of its own and often leaked into the bathroom, the rooms were stylish but a bit small and not very quiet as we were often woken up by noisy other guests.
- This is not a 4 star hotel. Need to book spa and pay for hotel tub. When checking out I was told to wait until my room was inspected for damages. Breakfast was extremely poor. Not a lot of choice, bad coffee

This was my second time staying at this premises. One of the nights I had a friend staying with me and they decided to stop me and ask my friend if she was going to stay the night (we didn’t even know at the time so I said yes just in case) and they decided to ID her and charge an extra u$s50 of TAX because she was local..(?) unreal… also they don’t even provide you with a cup for you to have a tea in your room because “they’re not allowed to take cutlery from the kitchen to any rooms”Elevator broke twice in a week and by the way, having a glass of wine isn’t allowed in your room either.
Hotel was good and location too. Sauna was nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't really self service. You had to tell the lady at the buffet what you wanted and she would serve you.
Perfect location to visit Mendoza city. Friendly staff and spacious room.
Staff were great, very clean, spa was decent. Gf said the massage was good.
Walls a bit thin - could hear our neighbour stumbling in during the early hours.
Location
The hotel didn't have any courtesey like water for example. They charged for the card of the door.Every thing that you wanted seems to be charged
Clean and modern hotel with good facilities
Check in took a long time even with online check in
Staff very helpful, good location and clean room
This is my first time in Argentina and having been to over 17 countries, I would say some basic amenities are missing like drinking water and coffee. The bar in the room makes you think are included because they are in other countries but they are not. You have to pay for drinking water in the room and snacks.
Relatively cheap
Small room and bathroom was tiny. Shower water was changing pressure quite a lot Not the best part of Mendoza. I recommend staying the opposite side of the park near Azafran as a lot nicer than this area
Hotel its on a very good location. It was recently renewed and staff is friendly and kind.
Check in at 1500 its somewhat conversome. Plus toilet facilities in rooms are very small.
staff , excellent customer service i would like to mention specially the following staffSergio, Alejandro ( serving breakfast) and Agustin .
the smell from the shower drain
location
Poor breakfast, missing several items. They made a fence preventing access to food. They ask to see the credit card security code. They put us in a very noisy room. I don't recognize it in any way.
Location , spa & sauna breakfast
They need time change the old linen , pillows and pillowcase are stained, very badly for a 4 ⭐️ hotel . I didn’t like a man and sauna reception was very uncomfortable, He open de sauna door while I was inside
Very good location , staff are great polite helpful . I love the sauna and spa . Breakfast was ok
Bathroom very small , linen are stained need pillows urgent replace . Breakfast miss the bacon and I don’t like the way they served they follow you is make it uncomfortable I prefer self service .
nIce location near shopping and restaurants. Easy to get a taxi
Billing practices are confusing but I was not overcharged. A lot of swiping of my credit card.
Breakfast was decent, location was good base to explore.
Definitely not a 4-star, Old and bleak, halls, rooms painted a darker grey. could use a paint refresh as walls and bathroom look worn out. Ended up leaving early and getting a better hotel. It felt depressing going into a grey and black room with out much light or view.
Bed was very comfortable. Internet was good. Location was quite walkable.
Room was small, bathroom extremely small, no place to put anything in the bathroom, even toothbrush. Breakfast not very good, eggs were horrible. Price seemed high for location and what was received.
Staff was nice and willing to help. Beds were clean,
The rooms were small, I booked a room with two single beds, but they were only 15 cm apart from each other, since there was no space in the room. The view from the window looked out onto the internal part of the building, which looked bad. The windows were dirty. In Mendoza was very hot ( 36-40 degrees) , the hotel did not even offer a glass of water, there were drinks in the minibar, but you had to pay (even for the water), which I found disappointing considering the price of the hotel. They ask you to leave your credit card information as "guarantee", but they don't accept all credit cards, and you expose your information to anyone, I didn't like that. The bathroom was really very small and you splashed everything when you took a bath. The wooden furniture was worn and broken, apparently due to humidity.. I think it's okay for a 3-star hotel, but definitely because of the infrastructure, it's not a 4-star hotel and it's not good value for money.
