Clean and comfortable

There was not a bar to have a wine

Very clean and new. Great pool area. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

It was a little bit far from the centre. Not much around there.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice.

The location is a bit out of the way, the pillows were very uncomfortable, the plug socket came out of the wall and it was difficult to charge, the plumbing of the toilet was an issue. And there was no body wash or coffee luxuries in the room which is always a nice touch.

Room was excellent very comfortable and clean an amazing lobby and the staff were very helpful.

The coffee at breakfast wasn't great but other than that breakfast was good

It is 12 minutes away from the airport and 6 blocks from tourist area in Mendoza, with restaurants and a nice park

Hotel doesn’t have restaurant. I had to change room because bathroom had a disgusting odor in it.

Clean rooms. Decent location. Varied breakfast

Lacked a bit of atmosphere. Room was too hot and staff didn’t know how to turn off the air. Guests upstairs made a lot of noise. The common areas were nice but feel the rooms could do with touch ups

I picked the hotel based on its proximity to the public hospital. The staff were outstanding. My 1 week stay turned into 3 but I always felted welcomed by the staff.

The location is a little far from the main tourist attractions. Also, while the breakfast was excellent the hotel did not have a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

The room was really comfortable, as the beds. Air conditioning was really nice and saved us in a week that was really hot. Staffing was lovely and welcoming. The agency in the lobby is very nice and practical.

Breakfast was not bad, but was not amazing. I think it can be improved.

Lots to like in this hotel. It was sooo comfortable, great mattresses, towels, open shared spaces. Best things for me where the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my new husband and I feel good staying there while on honeymoon. The massages in their spa were fantastic and not expensive like many other hotels. If you're time poor, I would highly recommend using the tour company they are affiliated with. They are based in their foyer. We used them to sort out our whole itinerary and got us a spot at a hard to get into winery with 2 days notice! We will absolutely come back again.

I would say the only things I didn't like were that the rooms didn't have an iron, kettle and that the gym only opens at 9am, so you can't train early before your tours.

Poor attention. Minibar had only 2 bottles, one water, and one sparkling water. The clothes cleaning service lost some of the things we sent and didn't recognize any of it. The hotel couldn't even book us a taxi to go to the airport
