The Stuff and The Location was good and that’s about it does it and that’s about It

The rooms were very small , the bathroom were filthy. It really needs a major update. Windows were falling apart, call maintenance and they didn’t know what to do, breakfast was good, but always the same. wi-Fi was horrible. The electric outlets loose

The hotel is in a good location the staff is friendly

Booking gave me a total price, but it was not honor by the hotel. The hotel charged me 15 dls more. I don't like surprises. I would probably stay elsewhere and would not support this kind of behavior.

My Miami CC was not working. Could be the DATA connection or the bank the establishment uses.

Staff are the best everyone was helpful. Many spoke English. Food was good both dinner and breakfast.

Shower floor needs maintenance. The had a crack in the floor tile.

Location and breakfast

I booked with booking and was supposed to get an upgrade but I didn’t get it! They didn’t had a free room available!?

This was our second stay within a short time. Our first room was great, clean and modern. The room we had the second time seemed really worn and the bathroom especially needed an upgrade. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast very good both visits

Nice location

Bad breakfast, no hot food. Swimming pool was a large bath tub. No control over guests who played music on a loud speaker. Very unpleasant

Staff super friendly, location excellent, breakfast very good though was the same every day. It would be nice to have coffee in the room, not just tea. The safe didn’t have instructions for use and we never did figure it out.

Location was superb, staff were excellent and friendly and helpful, hotel was clean tidy rooms well sized and comfortable but the bed was a bit soft for my liking but that is a very personal thing and I'm sure they were fine for most people

Breakfast was basic but acceptable, could have been better, the swimming pool was so small that to call it a swimming pool was a bit of an exaggeration, it was more like a large jacuzzi and the gym equipment was quite old and very limited, I went prepared to use both facilities but they were so inadequate as to what I expected I used neither

Comfortable bed great location

Guests were very very noisy and made noise throughout the night.We were on the 8 th floor below the kitchen and the staff were particularly noisy, dropping heavy objects on the floor and being so noisy enough to keep us awake

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The maid service was excellent as they watched for us to go to breakfast and cleaned our room then. Free and gated parking right across the street. The hotel is very close to park, restaurants, and Hertz rental car. Bed was also very big and comfy. Shower had nice pressure and hot but the door did leak.

The biggest problem for us was the really poor WiFi signal. Had to use our cellular for 5 days. The breakfast was just ok. The gym was super small and old equipment, almost the size of a large closet. It was a big part of why we selected. The room and little pool area are dated and could use a serious upgrade and some plants.

The “pool” was a joke! The bathroom faucet was set back too far in the basin and caused water to leak onto bathroom floor. No handles to grab onto getting in and out of slippery shower. Breakfast and restaurant were mediocre.

Breakfast was good, a lot of choices to pick.

Since they provided liquid soap, should had small washing towels.

The instalations it was oldest, mainly the bathroom needs a modernization.
