Will not stay on it again will give 3 star

Size of the room the service the wort from the moment you get to hotel no bell boy you have to get you bags the front desck will get ice get extra pillow if he has time the air condition is control fron the front desk you have to call every day to say ac.

Great services and staff, free access to the spa, good restaurant at the hotel and comfortable rooms, however a bit small. Overall a very good stay!

A bit small rooms

Nice staff except the restaurants.

My room. View of the heating/cooling units of the hotel. Essentially no view. Shower arrangement was ridiculous. You needed to be a gymnast to get in and out of the shower. Very dangerous. A large person could not negotiate getting in and out of the shower. The bidet next to the shower should be removed so guests can negotiate the shower. The breakfasts were very nice.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, good facilities and use of the Sheraton hotel pool.La Cabrera the hotel restaurant is excellent for steak

Room a little dated

The staff and service were excellent. The connection and use of the connected hotels is a nice benefit and Free wine from 8am to 8pm is amazing. Lots of character in the hotel and very charming. The attached restaurant, La Cabrera, is one of the best restaurant experiences we have had.

The shower, getting in and out, is a bit challenging. Very slippery and curved bottom

Great breakfast at adjacent property. Very good laundry service. Strong AC in room.

Dirty hallways, small rooms, needs remodeling badly, cleaning products are overwhelmingly strong smelling in room. Beds are not covered with mattress protectors (sheet draped over bare mattress) and they use a thin synthetic sheet and pillow cases that don’t breathe

Wonderful staff, lovely breakfast and pretty good location for getting around town.

Bed and pillows comfortable. Room temperature was adjustable. Outdoor terraces very nice and relaxing. You could get some bar food at the garden bar. You could use the Sheraton’s facilitates.

Restaurants for dinner didn’t open until 8 pm. I wanted to try the Italian restaurant but it was too late for us.

Comfortable beds, good linens, windows opened, had A/C, had makeup mirror. It was clean. Loved the breakfast. The staff was wonderful.

Hallway carpets in very bad shape, rooms floor were dirty as the whirlpool jets. un safe way to step out of the whirlpool. no hang bard available.

Very old not renovated rooms, smell of dust, window which faces a wall, bad noice isolation and sudden loud noises of pipes during the night

I absolutely loved this hotel. The shared amenities with the neighboring hotels made the experience so much better! The receptionist was very helpful arranging travel to the airport for me, and the attached steakhouse restaurant was amazing!

Location near to plaza,the facilities - gym and pool shared with Sheraton next door, the staff special mention to the cleaning lady❤️. Nice breakfast too.10/10

We had a FAB stay! It was only one night but we wished we had longer, we got an upgrade to the hotel next door and the rooms were gorgeous. Lots of free wine tasting throughout our stay, lovely staff, very clean and the restaurant was great too!

Lovely stay clean and staff are so helpful and friendly. Free red wine is a real treat as well.

Location - gym - spa - food - red wine

The hotel is located right next to the Sheraton and we were allowed to use the fitness area and spa area there as well as the one in our hotel which was great. The breakfast was very good. Hotel location is also good.

During our stay on Saturday there was a party on the rooftop of our hotel which was extremely loud and went until very late at night. We could hear absolutely everything and it was impossible to sleep

Locations: right in the city center, by the casino, if you like it.The staff is really professional and kindThe lobby and breakfast room had a nice vibe.Parking is not at the hotel, but literally next door.

Noise, walls are like paper. You can hear people showering in the next room like it was in yours. Also, the next-door building is inches from the hotel. I sunder construction, but it will really invade your privacy in the future.
