This hotel far exceeded our expectations! Very clean... the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast (we included breakfast with the room rate) it was such a beautiful spread of every breakfast item you would want!

There is NOT one thing we didn't like about this hotel. It is also right next door to an amazing Indian Restaurant!

Great location in a walkable town, across from lovely Plaza Italia. Breakfast was wonderful, many options. Staff, always helpful, recommended and arranged for airport transport for our group of 10. Close to shopping, many restaurants nearby, and several blocks to Plaza Independencia, the heart of the town.

Twin beds were not as comfortable as I would have preferred and the pillow too flat for my preference. Wonderful views of the mountains, but substantial traffic noise. The gym was not up to my standards, no air conditioning and need a good cleaning.

Loved the location of the hotel and our room was extra spacious and very quiet, with no one able to look into our room from other buildings.

We were disappointed in the breakfast. The hot breakfast was not as good as we had had in other similar hotels during our trip.

We stayed 6 days over New Years. The staff helped us arrange airport transfers for our group of 10. One couple became ill before a New year’s Eve dinner @ a local restaurant and the staff kindly prepared them a late night dinner for their room. Very thoughtful. Great location across from Plaza Italia. Filtered water cooler readily accessible & available, that’s a major plus.

Flat pillows a negative for me but others in the group liked them.

Old style hotel. No place where to store the clothes. Minibar with no gifts for the price you pay.

The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful.

I did not like that they did provide any replacement Kleenex after the first day when I used the pack of two. They did not provide any moisturizer in the room and the air is incredibly dry. Finally, the bath towels were old, frayed and “crunchy”.

Breakfast was very good hot coffee and lots of eggs and fruit. Excellent staff. Room cleaning was quick yet thorough. Gym was awesome with heavy dumbbells for a workout.

The only annoyance was the blinking smoke detector lights in the rooms.

Outlook over the park was nice and the room spacious.

This hotel isn't 'tired' its on life support. The bathroom was full of cracked, poorly repaired tiles, the shower barely delivered a dribble of hot water, the towels were threadbare. Everything was bolted down - I have never stayed somewhere that has the soap dish glued to the vanity, the corkscrew bolted with a chain to the bench! Staff basically ignored us, even when we directly asked them a question. No bottled water provided initially or daily. Breakfast was very basic.

Rooms are a little outdated.

Great location and helpful staff. We needed to move rooms because the AC was not working in ours, and this was easily arranged. Breakfast buffet is great with good variety. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Pool is small with very limited seating, so we found this a bit disappointing.

Good location.

We had a suite but the rooms were very dated. The keys on the safe were worn out which made following the instructions impossible. The scrambled egg at breakfast wasn’t very nice, it looked a funny colour & was tasteless, it would be better to offer fried eggs as a choice as well.

My room was fabulous! The staff were professional, courteous and went out of their way to be helpful!!! The entry, lobby, sitting areas and restaurant were clean and tastefully decorated.

I couldn't use the smart TV as I don’t have subscriptions. The toiletries were lacking. The breakfast was middle of the road.

My room was amazing. There was a separate sitting room that was comfortable and pleasing to look at. ALL of the staff spoke English and were pleasant and accommodating when asked to speak English.

AC wasn’t working. Bathroom wall fixtures were loose. Floor boards coming up. I don’t have streaming subscriptions. I couldn’t get the channels to work; therefore, I couldn’t use the TV. The loud music from 6 pm to midnight from 2 separate parks made getting to sleep difficult

The breakfast was delicious. A big variety of everything. The location was excellent. Close to a beautiful park and great restaurants and bars. The Hotel is so luxurious and the staff were very friendly and so helpful.

The pool was beautiful but the water was very very cold. You could not stay in the water for too long. Everything else was just amazing. I would definitely recommend it and would return to this hotel on my next trip.

It’s in the main square

We were allocated a room that smelled really bad of drains. We went down immediately and they sent someone up who put some bleach down the sink, and told us to put the air con on. It didn’t work. We went down again. The man on reception was very unfriendly had no real intention to help. We were put in a different room, but the experience and the general tired state of the hotel resulted in our leaving after two of the four days we had booked. They didn’t refund anything despite changing the booking dates on booking.com.
