Hotel Crillon Mendoza

Location, nice hotel with many beautiful work of art. Clean and good value for money.

Breakfast is the same every day. This could be better.

Just not clean enough. Gritty, dusty wooden floors, toilet not fully cleaned.Kind of bizzarely the air conditioning kept going off (it was 40*C) and I had to go down to reception and they somehow switched it back on?

The best location for great restaurants, bars and plaza de independencia! Breakfast was ok, the pool was really nice and the staff was great.

Room was good and clean, a bit small but you can do an upgrade for a fair amount. Breakfast is good too, and the location is the best.

Did not have a Minibar or minifridge. Apart from that, everything was very good.

Hotel Crillon in Mendoza left a positive impression with its friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to explore Mendoza and its surroundings.

The mattress was of the Bonnell type, causing any movement, no matter how small, to be felt by the partner, which often disrupted sleep during the night.

Centrally located with great English speaking staff who made check-in and checkout easy. Even helped me find a taxi during the middle of peak hour. Room was neat and basic, perfect as a base for tours and sightseeing.

Internet was a little patchy.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were fine.

Breakfast time can be crowded (very much a minor issue though)
