    Pros +

    • Very helpful staff that spoke good English, great location - near a big public park and also several excellent restaurants, free breakfast with a lot of options. Provided a crib (pack 'n play style) with bedding for baby free of charge.
    • The front desk staff were incredibly helpful during my entire stay. They provided all the information to make my stay enjoyable.
    • the breakfast was decent and what i thought i should get, and the cleaning staff respected my space. the location was okay but it was under construction and many ride shares could not access the area from road closures

    Cons -

    • Room was small, shower could have been cleaner
    • NOT 4 STARS!!!, an any way1. the hotel asked if i needed anything. i asked about an airport transfer and they told me it would be 80 USD when the typical price is like 12 USD. It was late on a holiday so i can understand it would be a little more, but they didnt even tell me that there were other options. i was in the us and didnt know the area or culture around christmas time and instead of being helpful they decided to give me 1 option and leave it at that. i managed to figure it out when i got there for $18 USD so they were being greedy and ultimately unhelpful for a paying guest. NOW they are denying they did this even though i have it2. When i arrived at the hotel they checked me in and converted USD to ASD at the 'government rate'. This was incorrect as their hotel had a clear price in ASD that showed $655,446. Instead of just charging me that, which every other hotel did, they decided to take the *estimated* USD rate of $451 and use their own 'government conversion' (highly inflated) to say i actually owed and extra 29 US which ended up showing up on my credit card. Bottom line they did not charge in the pesos they should have. they converted an estimated USD price to pesos that never needed to happen. they should have just charged pesos. they refused to aknowlege this, told me multiple times it was MY bank and credit card, then also refused to adjust it when i showed clear documentation of the quoted 'what you will pay' price in pesos as well as the amount was not my credit card, it was their own personal inflation.i will be makeing a charge back to my credit card for the extra money games as well as continuing to give negative reviews of how this was handled3. Walls are super thin you can hear everything from everyone on a given floor4. the hotel is in terrible stape. the stucco is peeling and there are exterior cracks that are an obvious problem for mold and mildew coming into the walls.

The location is perfect and it’s very comfortable. They have a jacuzzi and sauna with scheduled time that is amazing.

Everything was great. But the shower could be better.

    Well situated boutique hotel

Some maintenance work needed especially in bathroom.

This is a cute little hotel in the centre of the city. The location was excellent, close to Plaza Independencia, the pedestrian restaurant/shopping street, and many other restaurants and the central market. Our room (after it was changed upon arrival) was a good size and comfortable, We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, The included breakfast was very good. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Our original room was on the top floor but it was in rough shape. The wifi was non-existent, the controls on the thermostat for the A/C and heating were all worn off and illegible and the door would not close properly. We were moved after I complained. Was told the next day that that room has the best view, but needs to undergo some updating. The pool area is outdoors and is pleasant but could do with more loungers.

The location is great, close to restaurants and bars. Very central but still very quiet. The hotel has a nice pool in the backyard , also quiet and not overrun. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

The A/C was a little disturbing.

Helpful staff, beautiful pool and garden area, great location

    9ALEXANDERPosted on: 2-2-2025

Location and staff were fantastic, the bed was more comfortable than we expected. The pool as well was lovely with a nice mix of sun and shade. Not very busy, the front desk staff was amazing.

The showers in the rooms weren’t great. The shower head was too low for me (6’) and the cold water valve was extremely hard to adjust. The hot water temperature also changed halfway the shower. Breakfast was average, except the coffee was not great. The milk and yoghurt were also left outside of the cooling tray so it got warmer as the morning went on. However the eggs and bacon were good, as well as the media lunas.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were most helpful for many things. When we first arrived they gave us a small but nice room that later in the day had a loud guest in the next room. We asked at the desk if they could move us and they did so immediately to a better room. And they were so nice about it! The staff names I remember that were especially helpful are Tomas, Emilia, and Manuel. We needed help with translation for our driver twice and they were so helpful. The breakfast at this hotel was the nicest of all our hotels in Argentina/Brazil. It was not huge, but the best food, fresh fruit, good coffee, etc. And on our last day, we had family over that had stayed in a different place for breakfast for $10 per person. Very pleasant stay!! Good location in Mendoza.

The rooms were a bit small by some standards, but were roomy enough for me and my cousin.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel. As I mentioned in a previous comment, what I like most about the hotel is its location and the dedicated, helpful staff.

However, I want to address the bathrooms: while they are spacious and comfortable, they urgently need to be remodeled.

    10LauraPosted on: 11-15-2024

What I like most about the hotel is its location in the heart of the city. It is just half a block from Avenida Sarmiento, one of the main streets, with numerous restaurants, including Azafrán, which has been awarded a Michelin Star. Additionally, the staff is fantastic—dedicated and helpful.

The breakfast options are limited, and the standard rooms that don't face the street are too small.

Excellent location near to the centre of Mendoza. Room was large and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful

Breakfast was nothing special. And we were told that the swimming pool was not heated, so we did not use this or the garden at all

    7RivadaviaPosted on: 9-18-2024

Location was very good, Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious

Hotel is rfeally needing renovation, specially in the rooms that are really woirn out. Housekeeping and towels require some upgrading.Checked in on Sunday evening and still confused by the way they calculate the room rates in pesos and US$ when settling the bill Monday morning.

Well located, clean and easy to find.

You could hear everything that happened in the consecutive rooms. You could understand every word spoken and even if the person went for number 1 or number 2 in the toilet.

Everything was excellent!Great location, good wifi, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast
