Guests can relax in the free public sauna and steam room. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Saariselka Bus Stop. Late cancellations are available up to check-in time.

The room was very far away from the reception. We had to cross multiple lobbies to reach the room. Between the lobbies, there is a common microwave which guests can use to heat their food. But it was so smelly that we were not able to use it. Although they cleaned it after our complaint.

Modest place, good value for money. Breakfast was tasty and with a huge choice. Reindeer eating outside of the window was a pleasant bonus.

It was a comfortable stay: large room, quiet, equipped well with furniture. The uncontested highlight was in-suite sauna: spacious, clean, really enjoyable! The hotel staff is friendly and eager to help with any request. Location in Saariselka is central, walking distance from many restaurants, national park, ski resort. Hearty breakfast and dinner buffet.What could be improved is shower stalls; replacing curtains with glass walls. Both showers in our room were too close to the toilet seat, and the curtain doesn't really prevent water splashing, no matter how we tried to avoid that. Not the best arrangement in terms of hygiene.

Location is best part. Bus stop right in front if you are not renting car. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Aurora hut is also nearby.

Cleanliness and Breakfast could be better.

Our room was located very far at the end of the hallway. Wash basin wasn't clean. There were lady hair stuck

The room size is good enough. We had a twin bed and 1 sofa bed ( we were 2 adults and 1 child).Bathroom is also spacious. It's a big property

No one to help carry your luggage to your room.At Breakfast you cannot order omlette

We stayed for our last extra night at Saariselka. When we went to make a reservation, although the hotel was not very full, they gave us a room at the very end of the hotel and it took us about 6-7 minutes to go with our luggage. The staff were not very helpful and gave arrogant answers! The room was very cold and there was no adjustable heating system.

Comfortable room with tv, kettle and hairdryer. Shower was great. Location of hotel very central. Staff on reception excellent.

Sadly pool not open. Limited space in breakfast room, bar area taken over with large holiday companies.

Location was fabulous, in the middle of town. Size of rooms was large, fitted out with Sauna

Quality of breakfast. Rooms were very far from the reception and it was not easy getting the luggage all the way to the rooms. there were no staff to help with the luggage either.

This hotel is in a great location! Extremely close to the bus stop. The room was massive and the bed comfy. The sauna was fantastic and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Overall we wish we had longer than one night here.

The shower had great pressure but because there was no proper screen (just a curtain) the whole bathroom was soaked.

The location was very good

In general, it was very dirty uppon our arival. The bed was full of hair and dirty and the same in the shower . No cleaning services during the staying and the food tastes like it was in the fridge since years.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Car parks which are close to rooms etc.

The only issue is gluten free options in the breakfast and dinner. There should be more options. In fact the other places we stayed there was hardly anything non-gluten free.

It was very central to everything here in Saariselka, which was great!

The staff came off a bit rude when asking questions at the front desk, and the breakfast was a little average for what you are paying for

Great location

Overpriced for quite a dated room. Breakfast was very average... We must have arrived after a tour group, as most buffer items had run out and were barely warm. Lots of kids etc, but nowhere central for them to play or meet other kids.

Excellent choice breakfast. Rooms spotless. Reception staff very helpful
