Staff are not friendly

The property was located in a wonderful spot, very safe area and the installations are mostly well maintained. The staff was very helpful, they assist you with anything if needed.

There was a little fungus problem between the glass of the bathroom and the wood panel. A little bit on the pricey side.

I contacted the hotel for transfer. They didn't respond and I was stranded at the airport without any transport possibility. I risked to take a privat taxi to get to the hotel.I didn't like this at all.

Location is good. Staff are accommodating

No bidet in the toilet.

Point 1: The room allocated to us, had a bed smelling in the bathroom, we have asked to fix, but no success and they had to change our room.Point 2: on both rooms they gave kits for one person. In the first night we called the receptionist and they replaced everything. In the second day same thing happened and they didn’t replace anything. It was very disappointing situation to me and my wife.

Incredible experience! The staff is very welcoming and professional, always willing to help with a smile. The rooms are impeccable, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, offering plenty of variety and quality. The restaurant serves delicious dishes, and the Sky Bar is the highlight – with a fantastic view and the perfect atmosphere to relax. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely nothing

It was clean, organized, quiet, and well located.

Then only issue we had was the smell coming from the toilet.

The views from the room were magnificent, the staff were superb, they surprised me with a fruit platter, the room was great. Overall loved the hotel. They also connected me with a great tour guide.

Room was quiet most nights, minus the party over the weekend on the rooftop, building seemed fairly secure, good overall service though all Lottie things very expensive. Nice bed and nice shower. Access to the gym was fantastic. Spar grocery store next door very good for what the city has.

Price very expensive for location. Little things all very expensive food, water at bar, having 2 stay in the room. Some staff were friendly and cordial. Some were so so. Overall given the circumstances of the location was what is expected I guess.

The staff is amazing. We had a smelly drain, after this was reported- 5 people were in our apartment to deal with it swiftly

The one bedroom apartment doesn’t have a stove

Well kept building with secure parking. Polite staff. The only 2 things I can critique is the restaurant- expensive and not worth the money with food being below par and secondly the 8th floor rooms had a horrible smell from the toilet. we did not have the same issue when we rebooked at were accommodated on the 7th floor

The location is great. Quiet and clean area next to a grocery store (with an ATM). We could walk to the market and other restaurants. The staff was fantastic. The food was amazing.

I like the set up of the facility, good customer care, freindly front desk personnel that always willing to help. clean rooms and room service was good. breakfast was good too. like the gym and spar.

clients were not offered discounted spar prices and some personnel at the restaurant can not speak english.

Ghastly place, not like other Melia properties

very poor management. Much of the food offered not available. Many wine options not available. Ingredients missing form courses but no price reduction until we argued. No management on site. General Manager didn't respond till Monday after we had long departed.

The personnel is kind, professional and always attentive to the guests request. When you arrive at the reception a magical experience starts. This was my third stay at Melia Maputo and I will come back in the future.

Everything was perfect during my stay.
