Hotel Tivoli Maputo

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean.We enjoyed the food that was served at the bar.The room was spacious and the facilities were up to standard.The wifi was very good and we had no problems there at all.

The rooms are not sound proof - you can hear every sound that people make (next door, above you and outside).The wines list is very limited and extremely expensive. They should speak to Terramar to supply them with good products.

Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The card machine to make payment was not working.Booking.com did not indicate an option to choose any meals to be included in the stay.

Very friendly staff and accomodating all the way from entrance. Very helpful and responsive when called upon to assist. Very comfortable rooms and clean. Accessibility for people with town errands. Enjoyed my stay.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. They were always helpful and made us feel comfortable. The hotel was also very central and close to the bus station, shops and restaurants.

Tivoli is a great place because it's clean and the staff are really helpful and very central so it was super easy to get around. Bus stations, shopping malls and restaurants all within walking distance.

Every one at the hotel is welcoming right from the security at the entrance to those serving food . And thanks to the Old staff in the restaurant “ you really nailed “.The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk , I have no words to describe you but just keep it up .

The hotel is situated in the business center of Maputo, through the day time it is pretty hectic, though after 6pm, you will not find much people walking around. The hotel itself was quite empty ( covid19 times) and the service was well done and aligned with the required measures for covid19.

I found it a bit dark in general ( lack of light), but nothing to worry.
