Hotel Avenida

No one helped us with the baggage, the door man stay standing looking at us, only the receptionist came outside to help

Location, rooms are big and spacious

Th floor carpet is old and dirty, needs to be cleaned. Wifi is very slow

Excellent food, friendly staff, nice room with all comforts, centrally located

The staff was good

There is a reason why they dont show their bathrooms in the photos. wait until u see why. ?? & also if the management could respond to our emails ASAP. To this day i haven't gotten a response on a query i raised.

Nice design, very comfy with a very helpful staff.

Good location and comfortable facilities. Having to pay through a 3rd party inconvenient.

The quality of the installation. Very good restaurant and meals.

Something far from the historical centre

The entire setting, staff friendliness, breakfast

Well located, very central. They have refurbished since we were there before Covid and it looks good. It is comfortable hotel with good breakfast and nice staff

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the town centre. The rooms are surprisingly big with a nice big sofa in the living area. The cleaners do an excellent job and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool on the roof is an added bonus.

Good clean comfortable room. Staff were polite and ready to help all the time.

View from the room looked at old not well maintained buildings

Convenient central location. Nice rooftop and gym.

Hotel is situated well in the City and was very close to the meeting destinations for appointments i had. Breakfast was good. They a little slow of the mark to respond to emails and slow making a coffee in the morning - but other than that - i enjoyed my stay at the hotel/

I mailed the concierge for 4 days before I got a response (I had to call the hotel for this) about a transfer to the hotel from the Airport.Making a Capuchino is also a bit of a wait – surely that can be improved immediately?

Amazing staff (specially Francisco)Good size roomReally good breakfast close to Resturant’s, cafes and convince stores

Best club sandwich ever, very efficient room service, extremely friendly staff, very nice touch with goodbye note and caju nuts.

The shower head is too low.

The staff at Avenida are wonderful; friendly, professional and really helpful when I needed to make local travel arrangements. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. WiFi is generally reliable (much better than other locations I visited around Mozambique). Decent safe in the room.

To demonstrate how little there is to dislike, my only note is that the toilet roll holders are slightly inconveniently placed - they need to be higher. That's it!! Of course it's expensive, but you're treated fantastically.

Staff Leo & Carmen at the front desk was amazing with assisting me with anything I needed.

Rooms did not come with its own iron board & iron - I had to make request from housekeeping for them,.

Super friendly staff, great location, excellent room

It was a very convenient stay. Very friendly staff, perfect breakfast and a nice rofftop pool area. The rooms a spacious and very comfortable.

Breakfast was really good. You had everything that you'd expect from a breakfast buffet. Plenty! The service was excellent.

There was nothing to dislike TBH. It all worked very well for our needs.
