Hyatt Place Managua

The room was clean.

The pool was out of service and staff didn¿t even let the guest know. We were without a pool.

The room was great, location perfect, the staff were kind, friendly, helped us with everything. We do not speak Spanish but they helped us

The pool, workout room, bedroom and amenities, breakfast, air conditioning, …

Many ice machines were not working, but the kitchen would bring up ice, our room window was very dirty

Their breakfast was delicious and all the staff was very courteous and very efficient including the housekeeping

Near to galerías Mall. If you travel with you family , this tip is important because do you have cinemas, restaurants and many place to buy

The swimming pool area , I think so need a bartender

Clean rooms and bathroom, transportation to and from the airport. Across from the mall with several locations to eat. Welcoming staff. Terrific buffet breakfast.

- Breakfast is amazing - there is always a wide array from the omelet station, pancakes/French toast, bread, to Nicaraguan typical food, to fresh juices. It's great! It's also provided for a long timeframe. - The location is perfect - next to the Galería's mall. You can literally walk over and be there in a few seconds. I love that aspect. - The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone - be it the manager, to the chef, to a cleaner - has always been friendly. It's much appreciated.

- The contact number is never replied to... there is a number on WhatsApp that is online that no one ever answers. That needs to be improved. I had a question about the advertised airport shuttle as I wanted to book it. That never happened. - In-Room facilities/sundries: The shower head was not adjustable, and the water would fall outside of the shower. Also, the plastic on the door kept falling off. Finally, if I remember correctly, there is usually lotion, a shower cap and make up remover in previous stays. This time, there were none of the above (though these are not deal breakers for me).

great location, clean, modern, safe and walking distance to the best restaurants in Managua.

Rooms are a bit small.

The staff was exceptional. The food was delicious. We felt safe walking to the mall and the restaurants across the hotel were going on. Had access to two banks which made it convenient to change money

The air conditioning in the room was terrible. The fridge temperature was exceptionally low. (Not cold at all) It couldn't keep a soda cold. I used the ice bucket to hold my soda and water bottle cold. However, the air conditioning was so bad the ice melted overnight. Nicaragua has a scorching climate, and the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep comfortably

Our favourite place to stay when we visit Managua. Big, clean and comfortable rooms and bonus right next to the mall. It's also pet friendly.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we were able to grab a good breakfast & coffee on our way to the airport at 5:30 am.

The rooms are big and clean, the bed super comfortable.

This was our 4th stay at the hyatt, and we usually loved it. Thats why we were even more surprised about what happened this time. One reason we always chose this hotel, is that it has a Bar which is open late, and a snackbar where we were always able to get some food and maybe a drink after we return late from meetings (the main reason we come to managua)We usually experienced great costumer Service, but not so this time. The bar was closed at 11PM, which is fine and nothing to worry about, but when I asked the Lady at reception if we could buy some sandwiches and a bottle of wine from the snackbar, she told me in a very annoyed way that she wasnt authorized to do that because the cashier was closed. She was also not able to put it on the room bill. When I told her that we always where able to buy things from the Snackbar late, she told me that usually that is possible, but only this night was an exception which they might should have mentioned at check in. I then asked her if we could at least get some water because when we got to the room there was only one little water bottle for two people, and it wasn't even re-stocked the next day, which , for a hotel that costs 340$ for 2 nights, is not acceptable. She said she could sell me water from the snackbar, so she got to water bottles from the same bar she wasn't "authorized" to sell me anything out of. I asked again if she can also sell me a sandwich, but she kept saying no and shrugging her shoulders. She put the water on the room bill (that was suddenly possible) , we had to pay for that, even tho we only received one little water bottle for 2 people in the room, but we were denied any food or Snacks. We used to love the hyatt but for a hotel in that price categorie, we are expecting more, so unfortunately, this was our last stay here.

asked for my baby’s name to register him in the hotel.. total buffoonery on the part of the staff. hotel stating to show signs of lack of maintenance.

no bathrobes, but not too essential nor did it hinder the quality of my stay
