Worn out and old. Non flexible and helpful staff. Especially in the restaurant

Our family recently enjoyed a memorable stay at Pühajärve Spa & Holiday Resort, and it exceeded all our expectations. The resort offers a serene and scenic environment, ideal for a relaxing family holiday.One of the highlights was the extensive cycling opportunities around the area. The well-maintained cycling trails provided an excellent way for us to explore the beautiful natural surroundings, making our stay both active and enjoyable.

We liiked everything. Great suroundings. Lake, wood and hiking traiks are amazing. Great location for a peaceful break. Nice breakfast. A lot of options. Tasty coffee. Spa area is separated for men and women, but that was not a problem for us.

Nice pool, great breakfast, helpful staff, pub with very good menu, bowling, gym, restaurant in a tower. Calm and peaceful at night.There are vending machines in a spa reception and hotel lobby, you can buy coffee, ice cream, beers, wine, swimming wear. Hotel offers bike rentals. There are very good winter swimming facilities at Pühajärve beach.

The suite room could use some renovation. A kettle for coffee/tea would be great. Also adding a sitting places at the balcony would add a nice touch and allow guests to enjoy the lake view. The price is a bit too high for the offered comfort.

Would have been nice to have more time to enjoy the spa. Another time.It would be nice to have an area to wax cross country skis. We went to the Tehvandi Sports Centre to donsome waxing.

The place was wonderful, near the lake with amazing view

The food in the bar was not delicious and good, would like the personnel more positive and smiling

Great location for a nice nature walk. Very convenient Spa and comfortable rooms.

Hotel is worn out, room was very badic with outdated firniture, eating options very limited (only pub was open)

You have to pay extra for paying pool in the hotel restaurant

Nice big hotel surrounded by nature. The room was modern, with a comfortable bed, nice baby crib, solid breakfast. In the evening you can stay at a hotel, because there is a very nice pub with a great choice of food. The pool is great, on the 2nd floor with great views from it. Great play room for kids. Territory around the hotel is green and calm.

To short stay )) Could have slippers in rooms and better showers.

Too short stay

An excellent breakfast. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

The interior is slightly worn. There wasn't a separate shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom or soap by the sink. Only a 2-1 product in a dispenser on the shower wall.
