The breakfast was so exceptional and it felt healthy too with a ficus on locally produced, not overly sweetened food.

The hotel was having renovations done and we were given rooms right under the renovations, the noise was awful, I can’t understand why we were allocated rooms at the side of the hotel being renovated. No mirror in bedroom, asked at reception and nothing!

The garage was not very easy to find, also leaving it with car was a bit tricky, the doors haven't go up automatically.

arrived late but the member of staff was exceptionally helpful. Got us checked in quickly and due to us having to leave early the next day even pre-made us breakfast for our 6am checkout which was before breakfast started at 7am.

We came to the hotel as a crisis situation, because trains were not operating at all yet and all traffic north was closed. Restaurant was closed because of this situation. Breakfast was amazing though. Ladies at the reception were doing all they can to make sure that guests were well taken care of, even if being understaffed but they couldn't leave the reception to show us the spaces below.

Thinking that I know how to use sauna and nobody is going to explain how this particular one works. I got sick and really needed to warm up but it was not taken seriously really. Also, to use a jacuzzi was "extra 500kr" if I heard right. Not nice...

The staff were very polite and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant from the start. The location is excellent and truly one of the hotel’s strongest points. The breakfast was okay and did the job, making it a reasonable option for travelers just passing through for one night.

That said, the price and the photos online don’t quite reflect the reality. While the stay is comfortable enough for a single night, it doesn’t feel suitable for longer stays. The room was quite cold, especially considering Swedish weather standards, and the rooms themselves feel old and in need of renovation. Given these points, the price would feel more appropriate if it were lower.

The reception staff were so lovely and welcoming on arrival. We were given a complimentary upgrade which really did just make our stay unforgettable. The rooms are beautiful and the location is just a 12 minute walk from the Central Station. Lots of shops and restaurants walking distance. I can’t race enough about the breakfast buffet. Was such an amazing spread with lots of gluten free options. Everything was labelled very well which made it for easy for myself as someone who can’t eat gluten to know what was safe for me to eat. Would 100% stay again and recommend to everyone.

Close to the city center and a shopping mall. Professional employees in the reception. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. The rooms in the renovated areas are the really decent and modern.

The room in the 5th floor is really old standard and the lift is broken and need to carry the baggade all the way up. The shower fixture broke when u take the shower head in hand. The floor is really worn out. The staff were helpful and changed the room to a renovated room. This room was much better but the cleaning was not up to standard. The bathroom wall had a lot of hair on it. The pillow was very high.

Up to last day every thing was ok but as we weren’t informed about early breakfast finish time on weekdays we missed it and no help offered otherwise . Upon pointing this out was told signs everywhere have a nice day . Left sour taste

The elevator was not in operation during our stay, understandable because of the work being done but still disruptive for the guests

Friendly staff, good location

Renovation works that started before 8th o'cklock in the morning. Loud noises, but I wished to sleep little longer. No info about it in check in. I think I was the only person on that floor where they renovated all other rooms.

The hotel is in a good central location and it was easy to find parking close by in a public multi-storey parkng garage.

We booked a superior room, but it was overlooking a courtyard and the window blinds were broken. The room felt poorly planned in terms of planning - not really worth the money.

Nice rooms, plenty of space and good size bathroom. Friendly staff. Good location near the centre.

Bed is uncomfortable. Our room's window is just beside the walking street, you cannot open the window coz people walking outside can literally come in to your room and rob you if they want to.

I made two bookings and I cancelled one, but I didn’t go to the end, so they told me at arrival I have 2 rooms. I asked them, to help me get refund and the hotel did not want to give me money back for one room. That has never happened to me before.
