- 7th floor, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with an open kitchen through the building, floor to ceiling windows, views over the city to the sea and the river. Sauna, balcony. Fully equipped kitchen plus some essentials (pepper, salt etc.). Great host. Next to the concert hall, supermarkets right next door.
- Hard to access without reception. The owner is helpful to come out and meet us in the street after making telephone contact.
- Margarita was a kind lady. She was waiting for us to check into the apartment with a smile. Our Estonian language skills were little, but she was patient with us. The location is very central and within walking distance of the beach, museum and old town.
Cons -
- Bathroom with a bathtub only, no separate shower. The sauna does not have a drain, need to watch out with usage of water. The windows of the bedrooms can't be opened (only the balcony door) but there are ventilation openings which can be adjusted. Water pressure rather low. Heads up payment in cash in advance. These are details, it's a great place.
- The cooling system needs serving. The air conditioner was not cooling, and sleeping in the rooms wasn't too comfortable when it was sunny outside.
