Rooms Are a Bit dated

The spa is very nice and relaxing. Not crowded! Wonderfull breakfast on the terrace close to the sea and with amazing sea view.Room was comfortable and good to have drinks ands Snacks in the room. Nice surroundings for walking and lots of boats around to see and maybe also to hire.Very good price and a lot cheaper than other similar offerts.

Lovely views across marina from the upper floor balcony, quiet, very good choice at breakfast for a chain hotel . Didn’t get round to swimming from the boardwalk but saw other guests doing so- looked idyllic . Very handy for the ferry terminal.

Rooms and corridors a bit tired and basic. There was a huge industrial warehouse on one side of the building-we had rooms on the other side so didn’t have to look at it but might be an issue for some rooms.

The place is very nice near the harbor.We had rooms with seaview, but we got help from Robin with upgrades to airconditioned rooms with seaview and a little patio with sitting area, and it was great! As we decided to stay one more night, he helped us to book one more night extra with priority cleaning so we can move in asap by 11am, because our original rooms was already booked. The rooms were of normal size. Bathroom have hair & body wash, & conditioner. Breakfast buffet was ok, the a la carte lunch/dinner menu was ok too.. We enjoyed their pool club facilities, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, jaccuzzi, outdoor hottub and saunas! The employees are accommodating

During our stay, we did not see that they change water in pools.In the bedroom bathroom, they forgot to remove some hair on the shower drainage.The hotel can maybe provide dental kits, bathrobes, slippers and lotion in the rooms.

Nice Spa with Pool. Very good breakfast.

Its a beautiful location. There was ac in the rooms.Food was food and staff was very friendly. The outdoor pool was nice and fresh

Rooms and balconies were not cleaned properly.Tap was not working properly in the sink of bathroom. Breakfast was same every day.

Great location, clean comfortable room with a fantastic view ,reception and bar staff friendly /helpful. Breakfast fantastic.

Long walk into town. Evening meal disappointing, overrated and over priced .Serving staff disorganised and disinterested. Maybe we caught the restaurant on a bad day as it has good reviews.

The situation is nice, out on the ocean front

Feels like the guests are surrounded by business people in offices and meeting rooms.Room has no ventilation, bathroom is substandard. The restaurant is just ok. Breakfast is fine

No Phone in room.. Which mean no room service.You have to pay 75sek for bathrob and flipflops, i feel these are pretty standard in most of hotels.Super cold outdoor pool in Winter time .. it Will be a game changer if they make it a bit Warm like 24-26 degs.

breakfast was great , location was great , excellent view from my room . staff was really kind and had an answer to all my question and a solution for all my requests . I strongly suggest all of you to try this place !

Location of the hotel is excellent. We did not expect it to be so scenic. Also the hotel staff was too helpful. In fact, there was an Indian at the reception, who came to pick up us at the ferry point also.

The room could have been a bit more spacious.

Pool with a view was very nice. Also a very good breakfast.

It was my daughter's birthday, I asked if they could do something special for her. Upon my request I've got an answer 'we will take care of it'. I think that could have been something like 'happy birthday' when checking in. Anything... But this was totally forgotten. Staff overall was below average. The location is at the dodgy end of a harbour (with lovely views..!)

After a long day of driving it was great to be able to enjoy the sauna and pool in the relaxation area.Breakfast options very plentiful and great.

The room decor could use an update
