A friendly welcome, a beautiful building, a comfortable sleep, an easy to use and well equipped gym, lovely sauna facility, a delicious dinner and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish I had reason to stay longer. The rooms were comfortableness and quiet and I enjoyed the literary decor - a small selection of books in every room is a great convenience for travellers, almost as much as the tasty dinner (even with vegetarian options) and breakfast.

The food was very good — tasty and well-prepared. The location was convenient, and the hotel had potential to offer a nice experience.

The service was disappointing. Staff were not friendly or helpful, and the hotel seemed seriously understaffed. One person at reception was handling everything — check-ins, bar service, and guest questions — which made the experience feel chaotic.We booked two rooms. One was not cleaned because we hadn’t requested it, but the other was also left uncleaned, and we were only told afterward that guests must ask for cleaning before 10 p.m. the day before. This rule was never communicated at check-in.Also, we were two adults and one child in the room, but only two towels and no pillow were provided for the child — a basic detail that should not be overlooked.

Great place to stay. Good location in the middle of the Centrum. Good dinner and likewise breakfast. Nice to view murals on nearby buildings.

Very good location, half board offered in the room price (important in the winter time), nice atmosphere in the lobby.

The reception personal said, we got an upgrade of our room but in reality the room looked the same as on the pictures while booking. So no upgrade noticed. Paying 300 kr for a dog is a lot, also comparing with a room price incl. HB but in 2 other hotels of Clarion were some facilities offered (bowls, snacks etc.). We informed the hotel about an additional guest while making a reservation months before our arrival.

No cleaning during my stay

The food was good, the staff was super nice and helpful. The lobby feels quite cozy to be in.

Even though the cleanliness was ok - still the looks of the room and bathroom are not worth that much money. There are better looking hotels in the middle of Stockholm for half of this price.

The location is great, the staff was very kind and receptive. Our room was clean and tidy, The food was ok.

The dinner was very greasy and they didn´t have any more options.

Location was excellent, and breakfast quite ok. Easy as well to find parking in the city center.

One of the rooms was NOT cleaned from the previous guest visit!!! as we arrived at 23.30pm no chance really to fix so late, but this was really destroying the experience.

Breakfast only semi-finished products, same with the dinner that was included in the room rate. Staff nice but no experience from hospitality, or FNB. Room very dirty no deep clean done for a long time.

Breakfast but that's really a stretch

The bathroom is badly constructed so that the floor tilts away from the drain and the entire bathroom floor floods to a depth of several centimetres. This is clearly known by the hotel as there's a squeegee to clear the water but there's no sign or warning so all our luggage got soaked. The hotel refused to offer any compensation or reduction in the room cost. They did offer a free breakfast voucher but let's just say we won't be coming back.

We booked this hotel almost at the last moment, because in the other option booked in advance, we had to pay extra for sheets and towels. And we did not regret it, because for about the same money the room price included dinner and breakfast. The beds are stylized as old-fashioned, very high, but it was interesting experience.

Disgusting and disgraceful.

The toilet had an exceptionally bad smell, the first time I reported it the staff did not take the issue further. The second time they acted on it but did not manage to fix it fully.They did not offer me a new room or any form of compensation for the extremely bad smell.I was forced to buy a deodorizer spray to be able to sleep in my room at all the first night.

Excellent location in the centre of the town. Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. A welcome ‘free’ buffet evening meal. Plentiful breakfast buffet.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Very few hooks to hang clothes/towels on.
