Pros +
- The staff in the day time was very courteous and helpful. The guy who checked me in the night probably didn't realise he is working in hospitality industry.
- Breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly. Will stay here next time I am in Koping. We arrived out of hours at 2.00 am and the process to get in to the hotel worked well by ringing the number on the door and getting a access code.
- Very nice and friendly staff. Overall a good stay :)
Cons -
- Old and run down
- They need to work a bit on the cleanliness. the tables and the chairs in the restaurant were a bit dirty, also the bathroom in the room could be a bit cleaner.
- The entrance doors are locked at night which we didn’t realize/hadn’t read on the hotel info. An entrance code is provided on the keycard holder, we left that in the room, not wanting to have that info with us. Staff didn’t inform us at check in, perhaps persuming we understood this info. A number to call is displayed on a sign by the door, and that call transfers to securitas, and they gave us a code. Just some missed info made an otherwise ok stay a bit messy.
