- The hotel is old but has been partially updated. Our two bedroom room was basic but adequate. The window coverings did an acceptable, but not perfect, job of darkening the room at night. The fan supplied with the room kept the room comfortable for sleeping. The hotel is located on a canal/river in a historic neighborhood very close to the city center. Our room was completely quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

We booked last minute (on the day of arrival) and arrived quite late, but the self check-in was excellent and we had no issue in finding the place and accessing our room. The room is very clean and we had an excellent breakfast.

Very friendly staff! I contacted the hotel that I would arrive in the middle of the night, when reception is already closed. I received a message with instructions that literally opened doors so I could have a good night of sleep. Thank you for being so flexible!Great breakfast buffet with again very friendly staff!Room and bathroom are simple but very clean. Superfresh bedlinnen and towels.
Maybe a shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the bathroom.

No Air conditioning, don't recomend to stay in hot summer days. Chek-in time only from 16.00, you will wait if arrive faster.
