Really good. Fresh and a lot of options.

Check in was slow because only one worker.

The room with a great sea and sunset views. The spa was great, really well designed and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was great, staff really accommodating and good walking distance from the city

It was really warm in the property (especially the bedroom).

Loved the spa and free bicycles. Breakfast was great. Overall, perfect for accessing the pleasures of the island.

The sea view room was worth the extra pay.The outside jacuzzi was amazing.15 mins walk to the ferry.

can get very warm at night. We didn´t know there was a fan in a bag in the room until next day.

The spa was too crowded and old teenagers were allowed making noise and playing in the pool making it hard to relax

Short stay ?

The facilities were good, but the opening hours were unfortunately quite limited, especially in the evening. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, and everything else was as expected.

Good spa, excellent coffee, clean spacious rooms, nice location, amazing sea view, free bikes, and friendly/welcoming staff.

The breakfast and dinner was not as good as expected. It could be improved for the high price that they charge.

Spa is lovely & relaxing

The breakfast buffet is plentiful but it might be nice to have nicer eggs & bacon.

Great location overlooking the sea and not too far from time center.

Rooms are not well equipped. Furniture arrangement strange with one side having night table Aneb nothing on the other side. Safe not usable. Shampoo and other products empty.

The room was a bit too hot

Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded all four of our rooms upon learning that we were getting married on the island during our stay. This thoughtful gesture made our experience even more special.The ocean view rooms offered stunning views, especially at sunset, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our suite was very spacious, featuring an additional living room, a second balcony, and a walk-in closet. It was the perfect setting for our wedding day's "first look."The staff at the reception were another highlight of our stay. They were always super nice and helpful, contributing significantly to our wonderful experience. The spa also stood out as a memorable part of our stay, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation.The hotel's location is ideal—close to the ferry station and just a few minutes' walk to Ronne center. We also appreciated the complimentary bikes available for guests, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend Griffen Spa Hotel to our friends. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our wedding trip so memorable.

Only the location

Completely overpriced.In booking.com a minibar was listed ; but there was just a cabinet resembling a fridge to put bottles but it was not cooling at all (when i complained to the reception they said that it was normal and that they provide just an "ecological cabinet" an not a fridge !)There was no AC and it was awfully hot and we could not sleep well the 4 nights we were there !Breakfast is less than average compared to other places we went in Sweden ; everything is put in very small plates or cups as if they want to minimize the quatity the people eat at breakfast.

We really liked that the room and bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was really good as well.

We really liked the hotel, but would have liked to know beforehand that if you book a room with sea view, you do get an amazing view, but between the hotel and the sea there is a large and busy road. So you cannot sleep with the window open.

The staff was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and very nice.

For any hotel, a good night sleep is essential. The beds did not accommodate for that. Plastic like duvets and mattress made it into a sauna. No aircon, and the only option was to open the door to the terrace. In itself not a huge issue, but the main road (although small) had heavy traffic with busses and trucks - waking me up before 06:00 both mornings. The restaurant had again great staff, but very sub-par wine list for their ‘sunset-menu’ (basically four wines that I have purchased all of at the supermarket for less than EUR 20 each)

Breakfast was excellent with a very nice view. As we where there during a winter storm - it was limited what we could use it forFamily enjoyed the SPA

Rooms are a bit run-down and quite basic. Generally a disappointment and not on par with the rest of the hote.

Good breakfast and great location. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Spa facilities were great.
