Scandic Ringsted

Good location, nice accommodations, great breakfast.

The restaurant/bar layout.

very good and complete breakfast. Nice shower. Nice staff and gave our kids a little kids package with some things to draw and a balloon, which they really appreciated it

the room has bad ventilation- it gets very stuffy during the night and warm ad we couldn't adjust the air. the only option would have been opening the window, which was not an option given that we were on a first floor by the parking lot (didn't feel safe to do that, plus not safe with kids to leave a window they can climb out of open)

Location is good

Room is quite basic and price very high

Great breakfast and lovey friendly staff.

Lack of double bed- I am sure there are some but I got twin ones.

Location and staff always great.Breakfast choices are great.

More double beds

the rbeakfast was great, the room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were helpful and kind

Very spacious and great and calm location.. and great breakfast too

Breakfast was good,

You need to ask for cleaning of the room(stayed 3 days), missing refrigerator, need more lights in the room. Two broken light in the hall.

Breakfast, play room, accommodation

Non

Improved bar area, great choice at breakfast and brilliant staff.

A big plus for us would be tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. These were provided on request but would be nice to have them already in the room.

Clean rooms and other areas ok

Breakfast minimal with no imagination. More a worker’s motel than a hotel. No tea, coffee or even water in room. Not known that before.

Comfy beds

By busy road. Gym poorly equipped and sauna small and turned off.

Perfect location in Ringsted, close to restaurants and Outlet

The reception is renovated - this is nice. The rooms are only renovated half way. They need to be upgraded. This hotel is very expensive compared to what you get. The competition in Ringsted is obviously to low.

Staff superseded all expectations and EXTREMELY helpful and friendly while we our car had broken down. Maria and Lisbeth were so amazing and friendly during our struggle to get our car fixed.

Nothing!

The location was good right next to a shopping mall and supermarket, and easily accessible. The breakfast was amazing, fresh produce and typical Danish food - something for everyone. I appreciated the sustainability approach a lot!

The rooms were very small and not very comfortable. I expected more for that price. Another downside was that the restaurant was closed due to construction work, which happens, but I booked this hotel specifically because of the possibility of eating in the restaurant, and I was only informed about its closure a day before, when it was too late to cancel the booking.

A big discrepancy between employees. Some were very friendly and others clearly need hospitality lessons, as they don't know how to deal with customers.Bad examples - I arrived at the hotel at 1pm and asked if I could check in and without even asking, I was told that it wouldn't be until 3pm without any sympathy. At breakfast, it was 9.15am and there were no cakes left on the buffet, I ordered and was told, as if my order was strange, that they had already run out.Good example, - a reception employee and I believe a bar/restaurant employee were very diligent in helping me define a route for my morning jog
